I really like the special events that happen during the year. The best is the Santa event that happens during the Christmas season. Please keep these events going!

I have recently begun renovations on my home and I have frequented just about every department, and I have received friendly and courteous help in every department. I have always been able to find someone to answer my questions whether it is in their particular department or not.

The associate that assisted us (Gene) was extremely helpful. He was due to go on break and instead, decided to assist us with the purchase of a snowblower. His knowledge of each of the products available was incredible and was truly helpful in make a decision on our purchase. We felt like we were making a well informed decision on our purchase. Gene assisted us until we were ready to make our purchase and once he got us assistance at the service desk he then took his break. No other associate in any other retail store would ever consider doing so. Gene's service was genuinely award winning service. You could tell he took pride in his job and for his company.

This Home Depot pleasantly exceeded my expectations! I was greeted and offered assistance by each employee I met!

2 star rating: Not told they do NOT deliver onto lawns. Ordered 3 tons of wood pellets and had to carry them 30-40 feet more to put away. Lowes delivered onto the lawn. Guess I will stick with them! Would I recommend this store: I would, but not for deliveries unless you don't mind carrying what is delivered further than necessary.

Firstly I would like to address that I am 10 months recovering of severe nerve damage and two broken legs. I went to home depot to grab paint and lighting for my mothers new in law apartment. Part of my therapy is just getting out so i figured this would be a great time to stretch my legs. At first it was, I spoke with a very energetic lady whom tried assisting me with paint. She convinced me to try Marquee paint saying that with the 5$ off a can it would be cheaper then the normal PPG paint that I have come to enjoy using. This seemed like a great deal so I took it upon myself to "run" (more like a brisk hobble) to lighting and pick up 2 ceiling fans and a bathroom light. When i returned to the front and went to ring up my items I noticed the paint was not what the nice lady had quoted me at the paint desk. I calmed spoke to the young gentleman in the front of the registers and he agreed with me saying that this has been happening for a few day now. Just then a older gentlemen (I do not remember him name) came up and downright aggressively disagreed with me and the representative and started back towards the paint section telling me to come and read the tag. At this point my mother and I are starting to get upset as at this point it had been 2 hours in the store and we had not checked out yet. Either way, I headed back over to paint where I learned the man was not wrong about the price, but also would not honor what the paint department told me, even with the women vouching that that is what she had said. At the point I am at my breaking point, feet hurting, knees feeling like they were going to buckle. Everything was scanned and the gentleman was still standing there preventing the younger man from giving us a whole 20$ off a 500$ dollar purchase. After all of this I still bought the paint, and now I am suffering buyers remorse because what I was told was this paint will cover anything (even unfinished sheet rock) in one coat. This is not correct, I have since had to paint match 3 more gallons and wasted days and money. Then only to find out that there really is no guarantee of one coat coverage and I have now spent over 200$ in paint alone. My words of wisdom to anyone reading this is to look up or learn what it is you need before heading to this store. They do not have the knowledge to help with at least the painting of a house which is just about the only thing I do not know much about when it comes to finish work in a house, having built one house and owned two house in the past 6 years.

The store was very organized, neat, and had efficient service. Two store employees stopped what they were doing to ask if I needed help. After discussing my roofing repair project, they called a career contractor employee to come to me to discuss my project and options. He recommended the right roofing cement, asphalt-saturated repair fabric, and pole-brush applicator to complete my repair properly. He also informed me about how to prepare the roof, apply the cement, apply the repair fabric, and apply the final coat of roofing cement to accomplish an long-term repair. All of the employees, including the cashier, were friendly and they assisted me rapidly without making me feel rushed, or like they had more important things to do.

I had to have a blind cut and I asked Matt for help and he got right up from what he was doing and didn’t act bothered to help me. He showed me what blind would work the best and how he was going to cut it and was very pleasant. I am a strong believer in customer service and he did an excellent job making me feel welcome and that my choice was the right one! Great Job!

Not a clean store employees walk right by and don’t acknowledge you. Even management didn’t acknowledge. The only person delightful was the older lady at pro checkout. Receipt said her name is Vivian I only come here when in a pinch

PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THE "BIG BOX" STORES BUT MY LAST VISIT TO THE AUGUSTA HOME DEPOT PUT THAT RUMOR TO BED. GREAT SERVICE FROM BOTH THE PERSON IN THE DEPARTMENT I WAS SHOPPING AND THE GREAT, KIND ATTITUDE OF THE CASHIER. MADE MY DAY. THANK YOU AUGUSTA HOME DEPOT.

every one in store is like family and only one person is really family. Found all I needed, people were very friendly, clean store. associates were very friendly.

We had a specific project in mind and as we were perusing the patio furniture dept the young man asked if he " could help us, if we were finding everything we needed". He was very knowledgeable and helped us with rug, deck furniture and some amenities that took out project over the top, at a great price. It looks awesome, we are thrilled and our neighbors and family love our "new space". THANKS AGAIN HOME DEPOT!!!!

We love this Home Depot! The paint staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. This store is kept clean and organized. 10/10 recommend!
