Its my neighborhood store to go to for all/any home needs and compared to other HD's around there are plenty of options to choose from within various product lines.

Tom A. in plumbing was awesome, as was the helper in front and her manager. I needed a drainage tube for my portable air conditioner and he found exactly what I needed and went the extra mile to suggest a clamp to hold it in place!

Kudos goes out too Mrs or Miss Classy great personality extremely helpful knows the job quite well personality outstanding very upbeat person very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed checking out at her particular area keep up the good work home Depot is number one in my book will continue to always shop at Home Depot for things that I need keep up the good work God bless Reverend Ross be encouraged always.

I used to worry about our young people bringing our country into the future in a competent way. The store assistants I met today, Mr Hakim and Ms Joydine, put that worry to rest. I think our country is going to be okay! Wonderful young people!

Shopping during holiday seasons can be stressful at times. Today I reached out to the Austell Home Depot about an item that I needed help with. Ashlee at the customer service desk and Jermaine, the manager on duty were Extremely courteous, kind, and helpful. They helped me with genuine concern and a smile. I felt like I was the Customer of the Year!

I like this store because, the store is always neat, products are well labelled and displayed, there is always somebody to help you if you need help finding items. The best of all is there is always someone to help you load your purchase if and when you need help. I enjoy shopping in this store.

Found The Hot Water Heater Tank I was looking for

I have bought many items from this store over more than a decade of time. The basic issue is this: if there are staff enough for the various departments working at the time of your visit, then your visit will be a pleasant one. However, there seem to be times when almost no help is available. This may be sort of “run-of-the-mill” in our current economic condition, but I am fairly certain that that conditions were like this even before workers were in short supply. I understand that stores usually put more staff in the hours of her business, but if the store is open, then there should at least be enough helpers available for those that are they are on average. I do not find that the “low traffic“ hours have enough people on the floor.

Excellent customer service. We shopped at the Home Depot in Austell GA at 1200 East-West Connector SW. Tom and Clifford had the best customer service skills. We were very thankful for them.

I went in on a busy Saturday and could not find an item that showed as in stock online. I asked an associate, who turned out to be the store manager, for help. He happily dropped everything, figured out the problem, walked me to the correct location, loaded it into my cart and walked me to a register. The cashier was equally pleasant. I even mentioned to my wife how enjoyable my "Depot Run" was when I got home.

I was in the market for a product that kept water from entering my garage during heavy rains. The young lady at the return counter not only found what I needed. She also got me the Best price and had it delivered to my house for free. I appreciate her going the extra mile,researching the options, having a good attitude and saving me $$$.

My husband and I visited Home Depot #1749 in Austell to purchase a few items for our school, Premier Learning Academy. We were greeted and helped by Ms. Elnora, then we met Mr. Kelvin who worked along with Ms. Elnora to help us even more. We are most grateful to both of them for providing us with an extremely present shopping experience!

The AUSTELL store is clean and most of the items are readily available. The employees and friendly and they respond to customer requests in a timely manner. They are ready to spend time with customers to explain intricate issues. I say to the employees, BRAVO.

Home Depot pushes to use the ap in the store but it’s hard when ya don’t get WI-FI not only this store but many other stores

This store has some awesome employees who will go the extra mile to help you. That means alot!

My experiences shopping Home Depot have always been good. Employees are friendly and helpful. They will load heavy items for me, most times I don't even need to ask. If I can't find an item, they tell me where to find it or will look it up on line.

For sure Home Depot doers like so many of us truly enjoy shopping where floor staff are very kind, committed to quality customer service and very knowledgeable of inventory of goods and their location.

Each time I visit this store, I am greeted by the highest level of customer service that I've experienced at any other stores. I have a favorite home Depot here in Georgia and one in Lakeland, Florida. This particular Home Depot is home to Kevin and Jermaine, who have went out of their way to endure an amazing customer experience. I will definitely be back to this location, Yah willing.
