The store was clean and most of the employees were friendly. One of the white cashiers stopped me on my way out of the store to check my receipt. I feel I was racially profiled and although I will shop here again (the next closest home improvement store is half an hour away), no one should have to feel the way I did. Embarrassed and pointed out just because I’m black. Come on Home Depot. You can do better.

This is a great store. It has lots of help available when you need it and the staff is so friendly. I have no trouble navigating store, and finding everything I need. Their prices are comparable with the others around, but the difference is that you always have help available at Home Depot.

Bonnie was very helpful and knew a great deal about tools. Her customer service is above many other big box stores. A shout out to the cashier Beth...she knew we were in a hurry and she made sure we moved through her counter quickly. Thanks Home Depot...Bay City!

Great customer service and many customer service reps available and very knowledgeable as to where we could locate what we were looking for in and out of store in less than 30 mins which is great during this crazy time. Great job !!!’

This store was everything and had everything that I expected and more. I recommend this store to everyone young and old.

Garden center is awesome Logan in the electrical dept.in Bay City is a wonderful young man he helped me so much great place I buy all my supplies There.They let me check out at the service desk so I do not have to walk parking lot at night.You do need to hire a decorator for the paint dept.would be so helpful .Other than that satisfied

Shopped here for a screen door as they had in stock, where other locals were special order. Staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Great job Staff!!! Store clean, neat , well organized.

The employee in the paint department was rude. There is no reason for anyone to treat their customers that way.

Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products in there assigned department. Mary, was patient and answered everything I asked of her and then some. She worked in the power tools dept. Great asset to your company.

I had a complete furnace and central air conditioning system installed. Very satisfied with the quality and services that home depot offered. Holland Heating and Cooling were my install contractors and couldn't be happier with their work.

The associates are present, helpful, dedicated to making sure you are taken care of. Even if it’s not their department, they will still help you or immediately find someone who can.

Tammy was a awesome sales cashier and was extremely helpful. She told us about the military discount and the 11% rebate they give when menards runs there’s they honor it to. And they have nice products to in their store

Guidelines for safety during covid19 are not being practiced. My life was threatened for asking an unmasked customer to give me my 6' of space. Employees wear masks, but customers do as they please, including threatening other customers. Chaos.

The staff I worked with at this store were awesome!! Polite, courteous, got the job done. This will be my store!

I was told that I could receive an 11% Menards rebate with my purchase today. How do I go about doing that. I spent $328.45 for some bushes and fertilizer. Is this true?

The associates at the Home Depot in Bay City were very helpful. I found the washer I was looking for at a reasonable price. The store was clean, I felt safe shopping there.

Great people, great service

Great staff, great service despite all the work arounds to social distance amidst the Covid-19 virus. Also the staff at hand were very knowledgeable as I had many questions about the project I needed to finish. I thank them for all their help.

Very organized as to store traffic flow; good signage. People careful about maintaining social distancing. All employees had masks on and 98% of customers (today was the first day it was mandatory). Store was very clean - employees were super helpful - I felt safe!

We ordered online and used the pickup option. They let us know the order was ready, we went to the designated pickup area and called the number on the sign. They told us it would be right out. I opened the hatch and the associate brought it to our car, loaded everything and refused the tip I offered. Also thanked us for using the pickup, as this is during the coronavirus outbreak and she was glad we were being safe. We have shopped here numerous times and always have great service from everyone.

Any of the staff that I have encountered in the Bay City store are always willing to take time to assist, no matter what department I've been in. That is appreciated.

During covid-19 outbreak an at home stay in place order from the governor we had our dryer go out and we had to go buy one. While wearing masks for our protection and everyone else has during this time. We're laughed at by an appliance employee and was given medical advice from him saying those masks are no good unless you have the virus. He was extremely rude and felt he had more knowledge than the CDC. This was just a terrible experience and we'll start going to a different Box Store

The people that helped me and gave me the best experience have ever had at the Home Depot were Nancy and Jennifer. They made me fell like I was special. Great job and a great experience for me. I will be back to make purchases in the future.
