Employees are very professional and courteous. Take care of any issue or question I have. Even during a unpleasant experience the manager got involved and they were able to resolve my issue.

The employees here are SO HELPFUL. I am honestly impressed by how quick and efficient they are, and how out of the way they went to find an out of season item for me.

My husband and I are renovating a 100 year old house. We have shopped at Home Depot for a multitude of building materials during the past three years. We've purchased wood products, sheet rock and spackle, electrical supplies, lighting products etc., etc.. We also purchased a claw foot cast iron tub which we had some issues with, from scratches to a bad paint finish to gouges. This was no fault of Home Depot but the company who manufactured it and how it was shipped. I had my heart set on this tub. Just when I was about to give up, one customer service associate went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and she saw through the last and final attempt to have another tub sent. She called the company and relayed my concerns about the packaging of the tub and she requested to possibly have it packaged with better material for a securer fit. When it finally came it was in perfect condition and looks beautiful in our bathroom. We will be back to compete this renovation.

This HD store continues to provide wonderful service via its associates. Expertise, patience, and customer-focus are consistently top self no matter what my repair or appliance issue is. Of course, the products sold include lots of options and don't represent a one size fits all attitude. The staff in all areas are warm and friendly and I don't mind asking even the most basic of questions. The store's appearance and navigability are excellent. I enjoy shopping here regularly.

I got off of work and was hoping they weren’t closed , got there and they closed in 10 mins but the ladies at the customer service desk were so helpful Jalyssa helped me with finding what I need and scanning my things for a quick fast check out . Thank you once again Jalyssa we need more people like you at Home Depot.

Everyone I dealt with was frien'ly. But I was very disappointed to find out that things I purchased online when returned 24 hours later the money still was not in my account. This will affect me purchasing things from homedepot.com in the future

Home Depot located in Bayshorr has one of the friendliest workers . They are knowledgeable of the Projects and are able to direct you in the right direction . Saved me time rather then searching for the one item I didn’t know where to locate . There inventory is always full and replenished fast . I enjoy shopping there when it’s and easy in out project material room or browse around for ideas , very pleasant atmosphere . My first and only stop is to this location .

Excellent customer service at this location. Leslie and Diana in the outdoor department went out of their way to help me and did it all with a smile on their faces. Great selection, associates were easy to locate and very helpful and friendly. Overall a great shopping experience.

The store was clean, but shelves were empty of displayed items. For example, there was a particular exit light on sale, but none on the shelf. The department head looked for me and informed me that it is not in stock yet. As for the check outs, please reinstall at least two cashiers. If there is a problem I don't want to wait for a human being. The head cashiers (one or two) are usually very busy with other customers and a human cashier could speed up the checkout process. As for head cashiers, Melissa and MaryEllen have been extremely helpful.

Although the store was clean, there were not enough associates help all the customers. If I had to wait, I would go to another store. Another thing was the lack of items on the shelf, but when the associate checked the computer informed him there were in the store, but nobody knew where.

Store personnel are very friendly and helpful. However the removal of human check outs and installing machines is not helping the store to be user-friendly. All that is accomplished is a reduction of personnel that reduces labor expenses.

Store is great just need more people to help customers on the floor
