Larry Babcock at the Bear Valley Home Depot store was amazing in assisting us with our carpet purchase. His knowledge and experience made us at ease. This was a huge decision and purchase to re-carpet the entire house. He made sure we knew all the in's an outs of the process. No stress. Thank you Larry! We have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 10 years. Great experience all around.

I recently purchased custom blinds for my entire home. I had the pleasure of working with the Home Depot representative, Larry Babcock, through this experience. Larry was outstanding. His knowledge was deep, his communication excellent and his genuine concern for my satisfaction evident. This experience out shined that which I received from an interior designer while evaluating my options. I would highly recommend working with Larry for your blind needs.

This store has really gone done goofed. Associates actually try to avoid customers at all cost. They also give the wrong information. I've had to return parts and go elsewhere more often than I should. Today was the last straw. I'm returning these faucet hoses, going somewhere else, and not coming back unless it's a last recourse.

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone that I liked...I have lost my trust and faith in this store and possibly this company

I had a wonderful experience working with Larry in the flooring department. He spent a lot of time answering every question about all the different carpets the pros & cons of each. Because of his help I am happy with my decision.

Abby n Larry were GREAT accommodating us from the car. I told manager Abby I preferred to not take my 85 year old husband in the store due to Covid n he is physically n mentally disabled. She took the ball n ran with it n my questions were answered n the products I wanted to purchase were available n we did a phone transaction with a paper receipt. Totally Awesome!!!

The home depot in bear valley is one of the only stores that iv'e seen with the enthusiasm and will to help costumers. I have never seen a store devote themselves to their costumers as much as this home depot.

Had a great shopping experience for new blinds for my home. Larry was a great help in all parts of the process.

Kim the cashier was very helpful at self check out when the barcode did not scan. Also Bob in plumbing ( I think that’s his name) helped me with pipe threading and suggestions on my gas line work. Last plumbing associate had long hair and helped me with my last piece for my gas line to my stove, all were very helpful.

Super clean, organized and friendly. Had just what I wanted and was able to find answers to all my questions. I bought a refrigerator on this particular visit and they never fail to deliver (literally, for free) and Jennifer was the best! Thanks a million for making this process quick and easy.

Your toilet display/arrangement of boxes were very helpful for someone that doesn't buy a toilet every week! This was very important as I had a short time to pick it up. A store employee was walking by and I was able to enlist his help, even though it was not his department.

Loretta in the returns area is real gem! Much better than the returns area at Santa Fe or Westminster stores from my personal experience.

Is it customary for store associates to check the bin of someone buying a bin to ensure "no theft" or was it just me? And is it store/company policy to alienate off the millions of honest customers who come into your store to buy things by "assuming" they have hidden something in the storage bin they are buying, in order to stop a few shady people?

Tony in the paint department is great he goes over and beyond. He helped me so much I wouldn't have received my paint to finish my car without his help. Thank you Tony!

I have had great experiences at the Bear Valley Home Depot. I have had great help from employees in many different departments.

Terrible customer service and nobody know where anything is. What a poor example for a store. Will never go here again.

I was very impressed with the number of available associates to assist clients as well as the friendliness of the associates. They have been helpful and able to save me money!

Roger helps out a lot. So does Nicky. And Tony. And Phil. And Frank. And Gill (I miss him). And Ramon (also no longer with us). Been going here for years. Lowes disappoined me and I never had to go back because these guys were closer and the people were better trained, and not just selling something.

Greetings to those reading this! My recent visit to The Home Depot (store #1520) started a bit blah, then turned out really good. Also I would like to thank the store manager Lloyd again (thanks Lloyd!) for stepping up and making sure I left satisfied with my visit and purchase that day. Together as we all get through this pandemic, it helps to have patience, respect and kindness towards each other. Thank you again store #1520, know all your efforts are appreciated! I was very pleased with this visit today . I was concerned about the limited people allowed in the store because of the covid 19 but everything was fine

Even though it was a Saturday, and busy, they were pretty much stocked up on almost all cleaning items. Pretty much happy since I know Kings was out of everything

Found the tool box with ease. Yes, the initial buy went fast. Store is always clean. Initial buy went great. The tool box didn’t have a handle. Went down the get a new. The sales clerk Joe was rude said it was rude his area of concern. Finally I got some help.
