Get the answers you need from an outside source before asking an “expert” on what you need to purchase for a particular project. They don’t know anything.

Loved the assistance that I got while I was in the store. I needed lumber cut - I got it cut in a timely manner; didn't wait around too long for the qualified individual. I was thanked for my patronage at the register by cashier Dede, and asked to return if I needed more material. Overall it was a great experience. Will definitely return.

DEPENDING ON WHO YOU GET TO HELP YOU AS TO THE HOW HELPFUL THEY ACTUALLY ARE. HAD TO GO TO 3 HOME DEPOTS TO GET ENOUGH MATERIAL TO COMPLETE THE JOB. EVEN HAD EMPLOYEE TELL ME THEY HAD MATERIALS I NEEDED JUST TO GET THERE AND FIND OUT THEY TO WERE SHORT. THUS 3 STORES BEFORE I HAD WHAT I NEEDED. GRATEFUL THEY HAD 3 STORES. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THEY COULD HAVE SENT THE ITEMS TO THE BEAVERCREEK LOCATION AND ALLOWED ME TO GET BACK TO MY JOB AND CONTINUE TO WORK INSTEAD OF RUNNING ALL OVER THE TOWN TO GET MY MATERIALS.

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THERE WERE MANY CHOICES OF ITEMS WE WANTED.

We found what we were looking for and Charles was tremendous help with details about the product and the delivery process. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Recently purchased a washing machine. Very good customer service. Delivery date could have been sooner but overall very happy.

GT helped me in the plumbing section very nice and very knowledgeable. He showed me what I needed to purchase and how to fix my problem. He is the man.

I just left the Fairborn / Beavercreek Home Depot. This store is by far the best Home Depot in the Dayton Area to be out of stock on many items needed. The Electrical Department was a disgrace there were so many items out of stock and out of place with many items packaging ripped open. I then walked to the lumber area passing several associates who were all on cell phones; perhaps the store phones I do not know they didn't speak to me as I walked by. The exceptions were the self check out monitor she was very cheerful and the Pro desk register 2. Lia is the name on the receipt she was outstanding in the duties of her job. The lumber area seems to be a staging area for customer deliveries. This is understandable to protect the merchandise yet staging them on the sales floor blocking products from in store customers, if you need an item you have to move heavy loaded lumber carts or climb over merchandise packed on pallets. This is dangerous and may damage other customers products. This area is always in this state and is very frustrating. Perhaps it's time to consider other options for purchasing this type of products. Except for the two associates working the registers positive attitudes this trip was a waste of time.

This store goes out of its way to make the customer satisfied. Will be my go to store!

The staff was very helpful. They stopped what they were doing to personally escort me to the area I needed to go to to get the parts I needed.

The store manager Steve was very helpful with an issue we had with our boards being cut in the correct length. He took time out to meet us at the front door and fix the problem directly. Our cashier lia was super nice and always had a smile on her face. She was quick and efficient as well.
