Home Depot is a big deal in upstate NY for home owners, construction workers and individuals wanting to spruce up their patios. Infact, it's as common as visiting the mall. The floor managers are extremely professional and accommodating. I love going there for our business and home needs.

I've never had a good experience coming to this home depot; but this time was by far the worst. The check out guy was so rude. Barely acknowledged my existence. I had to ask him if he was ok because he was visibly not in a good mood. I wish this place had the option to check out on your own. Not one employee is ever happy to help u. Well, actually there was a very helpful young female at the paint section. The check out guy argued with me because i told him he should be more polite to customers. He rang up the same item twice and I walked out with an amount for a purchase I didn't buy. They ring out items in your cart without putting them in a bag and it because confusing for them to know what they already rang up. I called customer service and they agreed I should receive my refund for the item I didn't buy. A store manager called me the following day and told me to come in to receive my refund. I came in a day later and no one knew what I was talking about. Luckily they refunded me the amount, but the aggravation of having to go back and forth with an employee at the returns area was something I shouldn't have gone through. Extremely frustrating and it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Between how helpful the manager, Ryan, is and how knowledgeable and efficient getting all new windows through their specialist, James, was we are BEYOND happy.

I have shopped at different Home Depots all across the country, for more than 30 years, this one overall does not win any awards for politeness, my suggestion, if you have to shop here, is to find one of the few associates who care.

Wasted my wonderful Sunday waiting in line to cash out in the non self checkout

Not recommended. App shows items in stock. I drove to store and they didn’t have any in stock of three items I was looking for. Employees didn’t even care about my needs. Didn’t show any interest on helping me look for items I was looking for!

I brought many things from home depot suc as fixtures, carpets, laminate floor, Cleaning stuff, etc.

Kim in plumbing was kind and helpful. Other employees outright ignore you when you greet them. They seem bothered when you have a question. It doesn’t cost much to greet and help a customer if that’s what you’re there for.

I am referring to Shawn C - he went above and beyond to help me!

hi corey at check out was so friendly and made the experience better after one employee in the aisle didnt want to scan a product for my friend and gave him attitude and said check the price above on the shelf well this item was randomly found a box so maybe he could be a little nicer

Vanessa from customer service always is consistent to go far and beyond to service her customers at her table when she hear the issue at hand. She does her due diligence to get the best results for her customers. Marie and her team are amazing all the time. Always feel welcomed. Best, Yasser Jones

Great Friendly Staff at every corner. Haven't been there for some time, happy I decided to shop there today, easy, fast and Friendly. Was helped by a young Lady (Cheyenne) at the paint department, I was lost with questions and she had all the answers! Thanks again!

It was my first time shopping for basic tools you would normally have at home snice it’s my first time moving out of my parents house and my 1st time I didn’t know how and where to go about lucky the staff were very kind and helpful to guide me In the right direction

The store is busy but the staff and helpful and keep things organized. The bathrooms are always clean. Lots of parking space.

I am doing my first home improvement job with my wife as we prepare for a child, and she and I both expected our trip to Home Depot to be stressful. It was the complete opposite. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. If someone didn’t have the answer, they were quick to help us track down the right person for the job. Overall great experience.

Anyone who has visited this Home Depot location knows that it is almost impossible to find somebody to help you when you have questions. The employees are generally friendly when you can find them, but you end up walking the length of the store to get any help. I recently had an experience where I went to days in a row and had to wait more than 15 minutes to get lumber cut. Ultimately I left without what I needed because no one came to help, despite multiple request to employees who did not work in the lumber section.

I BOUGHE PLENTY OF ITEMS AND THE DELES KEEP GETING BETTER THE ASSOCIATES ARE FATER AT LOCATING ITENS WHEN ENTERING THE STORE YOU GET A BIG WELCOME FROM MORE THAN ONE ASSOCIATE I NOTICES ASSOCIATES ASKIN COUSTONERS IF THEY NEED HELP I WAS TOTALY INPRESED .

Parking lot is some kjnda wild west, no parking space, flood of people looking for work approach you, carts are chained and locked , so only few available, which are mostly taken. Many clients have to carry items in they harms. Pretty bad,,, really bad. Some time i pay a little more and go to hardware store... worth it

been shopping at this location for ~ 10 years. all the better now that the website has product locations
