This home depot makes you feel like you are in neighborhood store. The employees are so kind and helpful.

Cluttered. Aisles always blocked off. Sent to incorrect aisle for something when i asked an employee where the item was. Employee in paint would rather hot glue his apron together than acknowledge customers at the desk looking for help. No one in tool world to unlock a tool for purchase and no one arrived after being paged… 10 minutes. Left store without buying the tool…never shopping here again.

Faye was great! She offered to help me with a return right when I walked in. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the return process. I didn’t have my receipt and she knew to find the order number on the front of the box.

Bought windows from HD over twenty years ago and need to reorder several windows sashes that had frosted inside the pane. Jean, in Mill Work and Toni at American Craftsman were outstanding in their support.

Products are products that any store can carry but what makes the place special is the employees. I always have such a great experience whenever I need assistance. Friendly and knowledgeable, they greet you, give you space to shop and then are right there when needed without making you feel pressured.

The Home Depot store in Bel Air, MD is great store to shop. The staff is great. They are always willing to help you. Plus, they are always stock with product that I need.

I travel a lot and go to several Home Depot centers in the mid-Atlantic area. While I rate all Home Depot locations well, the Bel Air location is the best location in my experience. Everyone is always helpful and have a lot a knowledge. While I do not like to paint, Linda in the paint department always make sure I get the best product for the project along with help in preparation. My finished project always looks professional.

It is good to see the familiar faces that belong to the helpful employees at this location. Very rarely have i ever spoken to an individual in a department that did not know his or her "stuff."

They came out to install my carpet yesterday, it was 2 guys, they had it done in 4 hours! They worked without stopping and did such a great job! Very polite and hard working! They moved all our furniture for us, took care of everything!

The Bel Air, MD Hime Depot store is small with a lively atmosphere for all shoppers a like. The staff are helpful and pleasant. The shelves have plenty of stocked items. The store does not have a big selection, however the shopping experience is good.

I bought a mini fridge that was on sale. Mrs. Maria, one of the cashiers was very friendly and efficient. Best store experience I’ve had in a long time. Will shop here again.

Had shopped several stores for wainscoting. Tina searched with us in her store knowing they should have 8. She notified us later that evening they were found and will hold for us to pick up. She was persistent and dedicated to our needs while bring friendly . We are thankful she was available to assist us.

Its very rare that I ever run across and experience at home Depot,or else were . it was about getting physical help and knowledgeable help to complete my military discount at home Depot store .. I now have the home Depot amp along with military discount said I have been receiving from home Depot for a while but when it came to the knowledgeable technology to perform it I need an assistance and again the customer service desk woman named Faye definitely did do that but our way to make sure I had it all completed so now my shopping experience will be a lot easier and workable because of her helping me to complete what I needed to have done the home Depot amp on my phone now......... I have to mention this why did home Depot change the physical ID that I have on my license and federal ID card change it to must use a home Depot app to get the discounts that home Depot has for military people..,? .
