sometimes sock is out or low, I always ask store associate why do you want me to go to menards, there prices are to high.

I’m giving 5 stars and you can Thank Terry in lighting department! I was so upset after dealing with rude girls at help desk I almost left! But Terry helped me and was so knowledgeable and kind ! Thank you Terry I was so lost in what to do or get you really took time help me and answer my questions!

Friendly people and got the help I needed.

I would not advise anyone to order products from this store. We ordered a custom door, after 6 weeks got the door, brought it home to discover the window was ordered wrong. The employee was very sorry for the error and reordered the window, again after 5 weeks window finally came in. Yep you guessed it still wrong. I am still waiting for the correct window. Then against my better judgement ordered a WHITE electric stove. It came in and was BLACK.. I will not spend any more money there.

Home Depot is our go to place for projects. The store is clean and the sales personnel are helpful. We also believe they usually have the best prices on most items.

As usual, Jermecia was very helpful today. I did not receive a discounted price for a damaged item from the cashier and was directed to the customer counter where Jermecia assisted me with adjusting the proper price. She is a very friendly and courteous person. On this occasion as with others she greets you with a smile and a Sir or Ma'am. She is highly professional and quick at her job. It's people like her that make the store a favorite of mine when there are so many in the area to choose from. Please pat her on the back for me for a job well done.

If you ever need flooring go ask for steve s in flooring he is very helpful and makes the visit enjoyable

Employees are nice and helpful. Brittney at the service desk was very friendly and sweet. She gave me some pointers on the remold of my kitchen. Will come back.

Poor management, poor store values. How can a company feel ok with allowing their employees to be called nasty names and threatened. I have never seen a manager stand there and blame the situation on the employees instead of telling the abuser to leave. Those poor lady's should find a better job that will value them and not allow them to be treated less than. I will for now on take my buisness elsewhere and i will MAKE SURE all my friends that own their companies will shop else where to.

Their products are higher quality than other stores. It is clean and organized. Always able to find someone to help. If they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does!

Some employees just are rude AND NO FREAKING HELP AT ALL... TERRY AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHOEVER WAS IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT IN AISLE 7 on 5/3/19 around 2:30-3:30 BOTH NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO TALK TO ALL CUSTOMERS SPOKE TO A TONY THAT TERRY SAID WAS A MANAGER AND HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID HED HANDLE IT. But i didn’t mention the other guy. Who blew me and my fiance off when all we asked for was help about a part (“10-2 whip) for AC UNIT...

Everyone has their favorite "candy" store and mine is the Belleville Home Depot. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a warm smile and greeting as I enter and should I need assistance... it can always be found. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I have not only everything I need; but also, that I fully understand any process or installation technique required to complete my task. Your HD Family is doing an exceptional job of ensuring your customers received everything they need in an ambient environment of warmth and professionalism. Thank you!

Very helpful paint department employee, Went the extra time to assure I had what I needed. Her name is Tanya. I shop here a lot as I build and do crafts and require a lot of materials. I usually find what I need.

This location is close to my job and I can always find what I need without a problem. The service desk employees are nice, but I love Brittney. She is hilarious and full of witty come backs. She is full of smiles and knowledgeable about products in the store. Always a joy to see.

This store has ample supply of plumbing items and I was offered assistance in that area. I found the area and the items I was searching for quite easily thanks to the on-line access which gives aisle and location information at the store (this has been helpful on previous visits also). I feel comfortable shopping at this store and the location is convenient. Also, I prefer the larger stock availability of the larger store, as opposed to lesser stock in smaller stores of this type.

Save yourself some time and aggravation, go to Home Depot. I have never been in Home Depot without at least one person asking if I needed help and giving it.

Love this store everyone is extremely friendly when I go there.

Great store! I found what I needed pretty fast. Got the help i needed. Everything looked clean and orderly. Check out went fast. Plus this is only two miles from my home. I will be back often.
