It's really the employees that make this particular Home Depot simply outstanding. You will get the help you need in lighting, paint, power tools... Pretty much anything you could imagine needing help with these guys and gals are ready and able and joyful!

I will make this store my home store. Very nice people.

About the same as other box stores, if you look long enough you will find what you need. most of the time you are forced through self check out due to the lack of cashiers while other employees are standing around talking to each other. The parking spaces are narrow and straight across from each other making it hard for somebody in a full size vehicle to park

The veteran in the department which contains screws, bolts, and nuts, etc. was extremely helpful and exceptional. He helped me get the carriage bolts and special washers (Lowe’s doesn’t carry) to keep the carriage bolts from turning in wood. Then the veteran took me to another department to get “wheels” for my project. Although I can’t remove his name, please let him know I really appreciate his expertise and professionalism and he is an ASSET to HONE DEPOT.

I love this Home Depot because I can always find an associate who is willing to help me and who is knowledgeable about the store and where things are.

I have used Home Depot's installation service on two occasions and have been very pleased. Also, the manager of the Bellevue, TN store is amazingly helpful and accommodating. For these reason, I will comfortably continue to use Home Depot for large and small home projects.

I purchased a toilet that didn't work for me. The Bellevue Home Depot let me return the toilet, get a new one, and loaded into my car. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Fabulous!

BY FAR WORST HOME DEPOT STORE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED AT ......OTHER THAN A FEW NICE EMPLOYEES, MOST ARE UNHELPFUL, RUDE AND LACK KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT. IF I HAD OTHER CONVENIENT OPTIONS, WOULD GO THERE..... MANAGER NOT DOING A VERY GOOD JOB

The store has practically all I need to have in their shelves.

I shop at this location daily since I'm a professional painter. Today while waiting in the paint dept I overheard 3 minors talking about vandalising buildings with spray paint. I didn't think too much about it because i know you have to be 18 to purchase spray paint. The self checkout employee overrided 3 different transactions for 3 minors to buy spray paint. This is not only illegal but is against store policy. I'm am furious over this situation and will take my business elsewhere. I hope someone corporate reads this reviews and actually does something about it

This review is based on my experiences (plural) with the older gentleman in the paint department with the ponytail. I have been in several times for paint and he is always grumpy. When he made a mistake on the finish of a paint for me, he refused to take it back. Then today he was rude again and made a snarky comment. He took his time coming to help me (he was stocking shelves) and went back to stocking shelves while the paint was being shaken. I even went early in the morning hoping it wouldn’t be him.

Parking spaces should be angled and wider to accommodate full size trucks and vans, employees should wear there mask properly not just covering there mouth but covering mouth and nose. Disinfectant should be accessible before a person has to grab a cart not after.

My sales person, Denise, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my appliance purchase.

Very impressed with the Bellevue Home Depot. They are working hard to keep everything clean and wiping down between customers. Thanks for being there Bellevue Home Depot.

The Bellevue Home Depot has been my go-to store for 25 years...in the beginning it was only because it was close to my house but over the years I keep coming back because they always have what I need at a good price and the folks who work there treat me like family. It's my home away from home!

Great store. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful - I've never had a bad experience in any department. The store is clean and well organized. Definitely my first choice for this type of store. As big as it is, you still feel like you are getting personal treatment.

I would highly recommend the Home Depot in Bellevue TN. They are very focused on the customer, helped me find what I was looking for and made the trip a pleasure.
