I had a wonderful shopping day me and my husband and my special needs son we went and got me a rocking chair and got my son some stuff got my husband some tools and we shopped there every week and never have any problems we love going to home Depot

perfectly good plants being thrown away & they wouldn't even let me purchase them at a discount. very wastefull Z& mde me very ngry

Cowboy was so great. He was observant and on top of it during our visit. Never have we ever had better service at Home Depot. HE WAS THE GOAT!

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to say I’m impressed with the employees at the Bellmead,Tx store. My sale was quick and professional. I assumed buying a washer and dryer would be a hassle and take up a lot of my time. However, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Oh and my appliances look pretty good too lol

They always have the items I need

I always go to Home Depot whenever I need something. I usually go online to find the exact aisle and bay, so I go straight to what I'm looking for. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I just love Home Depot!

Customer service exceptional at this store because of Annalyese who goes the extra mile to help her customers.

I usually don’t like self checkout because I always do something wrong and it turns out taking forever. Not this day. The employee Ashier Lee came over maybe sensing that I need help. Took over and I was out in about 3 minutes. She was so kind and present with her amazing customer service. I hope it is noted for her advancement.

Emergency ac purchase. Couldn't lift it. Isaiah loaded the ac unit. The box was previously damaged, so Isis helped with a further discount. Thank you!

Very unhelpful. Employees walking around but not helping unless you stop them. Only go for location. If I have time, I go elsewhere. If I don't have time, it takes just as long or longer to get help or to pay. Friends have told me they go elsewhere because of this.

I came into return a product and she did everything in her power to make sure I was happy and a satisfied customer before I left the store.

We got paint today and not only were we helped quickly but the lady was knowledgeable and kind as could be! Can’t wait to paint my shed to match my other out building and thank you Ms. Debbie for your help! Best Home Depot experience ever!

Customer service desk not very help full. To a long time to get to me. The woman before me seemed to be frustrated. One person behind the desk, left while I was waiting to be helped. She didn't say anything to me. Heather at the checkout, was Awesome. She understands great customer service

Be ready 🙏 exceedingly and above patience to wait if you are not pressed for time don't go. I waited over 25 minutes and no one showed up to cut copper wire for me. The other associates called and no one showed. I decided not to come back to home Depot in Bellmead Texas

The store representative that assisted us was friendly and helpful, he went to lengths to make sure we found what we were looking for as he had access to more selections than we did and found what we were looking for.
