I had an great experience working with the flooring department in the Bemidji store. I spoke with Ben initially and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of my buying experience was with Olivia and she was efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

I am a obsessive gardener. Many of the local greenhouses don't have many of the typical annuals left. This Home Depot had a massive amount and a huge diversity of beautiful annuals.

Excellent service. Salespersons were personable and friendly. The gal that I ordered my refrigerator was excellent. The store was set up to respect the social distancing that is now being required. thank you

The store was clean and organized. The product that I wanted was in stock. I got mediate help from an associate. They also have a different variety of plant selection compared to all the other stores who just carry the same plants.

What made today’s experience special was the friendly, extremely helpful customer service—rare in today’s retail environment. Way to go, Bemidji Home Depot!

I just had an overall great experience. It was clean, customer service was like no other service I have had in awhile. I went to purchase a microwave over the range with a fan and lights and the salesman was very good. I went over my lunch break and I was done and out of there in 30 mins. I even had to order it and just called today and my purchase is here! It only took 7 days. I’m excited to pick it up and install it.

Needed help and there was always someone to help me. Shelves were well stocked and of course the pricing is great for the quality of the products!!

Store was very clean. I used the self-checkout and as a lady was working there and watched me, this employee ask me if I scanned a certain item I told her I did and gave her the price and pointed it out on the screen. she still continued to check or recheck my receipt and the Machine to make sure I paid for everything. That was a bit upsetting just because she sat there and watched me do the whole thing and still thought I was lying and stealing. But besides that other employees were quite friendly and helpful

Store staff were very knowledgeable in helping me find just what I needed. And everyone was friendly throughout the store, which was very pleasant. I will definitely shop here in the future.

On the rare occasion that I have had to return items, it has always been easy to do. Staff members are always helpful and courteous and I have come to rely upon and appreciate your returns policy. Menards is such a hassle that I don't shop there at all.

Wanted to say the Harlan was very very helpful and friendly. Was looking at zero turn mowers and he went above and beyond to get us in the right direction for the best price. He also was very helpful when we needed assistance with a patio umbrella we wanted to purchase. If you ever need assistance Harlan is the man for the job!

BEMIDJI HOME DEPOT IS A GREAT STORE, FRIENDLY STAFF, WELL STOCKED, CLEAN AND BRIGHT! HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF GREAT EXPERIENCES PURCHASING ITEMS HERE AND GETTING EXCELLENT HELP AND ASSISTANCE.

Just about everything I need in my hobbies and home repair is available at this Home Depot. There are other similar stores but none come close. When I need help they are always very willing and polite helping me. If some employee does not know the answer to my question, he or she always finds someone who does. This means a lot.
