Last weekend, my family came in to purchase a new freezer/frig. Our sales associate was more than knowledgeable about the various appliances; he listened and really understood our needs and was able to find the perfect match that fit our budget.

I had a problem with my purchase and Emma & Phoebe were lovely to deal with. They quickly identified a solution and the sale was completed quickly. It's great to encounter employees who listen, empathize, and solve problems. All stores should be so lucky !

The Home Depot in Bennington VT is filled with professional employees who genuinely care about helping customers solve problems. There has not been a time where that has not been my experience. I went yesterday to get advice for fixing an old, broken lamp. Norm in Electrical with tremendous expertise, took on the project. He did not quit until the lamp was fixed. This never happens in our world today but he is special as is the store. Feels like an old time neighborhood hardware store.

went to pittsfeild to order tool when he finally finished putting in order he said i could not pay for it with cash so left went to bennington orderded tool and paid for it with the same cash i had with me thurs night and the tool was on sale and they saved me 150 dollars

I opened a Pro Extra account 6 months ago when I began renovating my home in southwestern Vermont. I have saved significant amounts of money (almost $10K on $50K of purchases) and have had the most pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly HD employees help me every time. So much less expensive than my local lumber yard and just as nice.

Tracy and Mike at pro desk and cashier are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus !! Electrical supply pricing needs to be closer to local suppliers as Home Depot is high on most

After going to Home Depot regularly for the past 18 years, I for the first time ever wanted to exchange something I had bought earlier in the day. The paint I had bought was dried up (had been frozen they told me), and wouldn’t let me exchange it because it apparently had a different lot number than the other current paint on the shelves. I didn’t care about the money, I cared that they treated me like I was lying to them, and would not let me exchange the paint

I shopped around for a month for new kitchen appliances and finally found a store with knowlegeable associates! I purchased a GE stove, refrigerator and microwave in black slate and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the customer service!

They help me out alot when I need it and they were very fast to as well with everything

I was wondering if I could have a board cut to size and another employee pointed me to Ryan. He was certified to use the saw and he cut my board to my specs. And he was polite.

went to get a propane exchange and got an empty tank ..... so paid for nothing.

Experience at Home Depot Bennington is typically the same every time I go in there. Most of the time there are very few people who are interested in helping. Often staff are standing around talking to one another. On this visit, the cashier Tracy T. Was the best part of my experience. She helped us with our pro extra account and displayed professionalism an excellent customer service.
