I first received the door with an interchangeable glass & screen panel. This was not the door I had tried to purchase. The store cheerfully let us return the door and assisted us in getting the one we wanted which had a retractable bug screen.

Keith was very helpful at my checkout. He asked if I looked the wood over and if I needed anything else.

I have to drive approximately 40 minutes to visit this store, and keep coming back because of the fact I don't have to chase down someone to provide assistance. In addition, the items I need seem to always be in stock and available.

We have experienced so many positive experiences from this location! Wonderful professionals, kind, patient and thorough! Vincent and Jamari were AMAZING! We also met another professional, she was extremely helpful as well. This was an excellent experience, product quality and overall was the best decision! Please do yourself a favor, spend your money wisely and visit the location in Benton, AR. Thank me later!

Exactly what i needed

I hate shopping anywhere, not here, a pure pleasurable experience. THX HD for refocusing on the customer. Kinda went rouge with the contractor refocus. Shop here you won't be disappointed unless your just naturally full of disappointment. Customer appreciation goes both ways!

I was putting together a perman project that required sizing down from 2 inch line to an inch and a half line and had a young man help me put it all together. I’m no plumber but he must’ve been. He was great help.

I went to purchase a replacement window for an opening that held an air condition. I had no idea what I was doing and thought it would take all day to figure out what I needed and get it ordered. To my surprise the lady that helped me knew exactly what I need and I was shown several choices. It was a really nice experience and I was in and out in no time at all.

I was provided excellent customer service on my last visit.

I went to Home Depot in Benton and the associates went above and beyond to help me with all my needs. Anymore, customer service is nonexistent….. Not at this store !!

In this day and time it is a buyer must know his price range for what he wants and, if he knows that most of the time whos price and quality is the best, he can count on Home Depot.

I shop at this home improvement store frequently due to its convenient location. However, over the past several months, it has become common for the shelves to be empty (even though online states the items are in stock), and when you are lucky enough to find an employee that is willing to assist you, they just tell you to wait while they call for someone who works in that specific department. Typically, after about 20 minutes of waiting for somebody to show, I end up leaving unassisted.

Always enjoy this location as the staff is helpful, the store is clutter free, and generally I am able to get what I came for.

No check out lanes open with 4 "STAFF" members laughing and carrying on in the self check out! Absolutely ridiculous!

Went to 4 stores for cedar oil to replinish the smell in a cedar chest finally found it at Benton, Ar. location everything was organized and it was exactly where your app said it was at this store

From the time I walked in, the employees acknowledged my presence. They spoke and asked if I needed help. They were so pleasant, even though my online order was incorrect and I had to wait for a new one, I still rate it a great experience. Bought a freezer while I was there too. Margaret was awesome. It was just great to see people take pride in their job. Seems rare these days.
