Clean, neat store, well stocked. Even though they were extremely busy, the employees were all very patient and engaged with the customers.

Nora in appliances helped me graciously getting a new oven. She really did help me get a great deal and was very nice, I’ll be back for more.

One of the friendliest people I ever met is the cashier at the garden center. Mrs. Annette was very informative about the store she serves and she even greeted me with encouragement on my planting experience; thanks Mrs. Annette.

I had ordered a heated coat online I called and had someone help me and also ordered a battery that they did not tell me that it did not come with the coat so then I ordered a battery but when I received it it did not come with a charger so I called several times and always got the run around the finally I got Ashley she went way above and beyond to help me where everyone else told me I had to send everything back when all I needed was a charger cord so thank god I got Ashley between her and Donald they solved the problem right away and couldn’t ask for better service I couldn’t believe how they could take care of the problem and nobody else would as a previous police officer and firefighter and now a business owner customer service should definitely be a priority and if I could have Ashley and Donald help me every time I would shop for everything there!!!! They were absolutely awesome and definitely went way above the call of duty!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Employees unwilling to help and departments unstaffed. After recommending express delivery for $80 so it would be next day- there is no express delivery. (Questioned the employee to be certain that it would be next day delivery). Told us our order was coming from the warehouse- when it didn't arrive told us they don't have a warehouse. Called to speak to manager- "accidentally" hung up on us. Had to apply pressure to get a resolution to the issue- not forthright with correcting their mistake. Not worth the time, money or frustration to continue to shop this store.

We came in to buy all new kitchen appliances and I was tired and frustrated after a full day of looking. Nora took the pain out of it and helped us so much. Made it a good experience and got it all done.

After buying a tool from inside this store and returning home, I found that it was in fact NOT the tool I had bought. An employee here failed to make sure that that the box that was being returned, actually had the correct tool inside the box. Instead, there was a heavily used and abused saw in it's place.

Well staffed location in terms of customer service and products. The store was very clean and the returns process was well managed and efficient. It is nice to experience this level of customer service at a time when this skill set is in high demand. Highly recommended.

I needed to place a special order for various windows. I was greeted at the door when I came into the store. I received assistance at the window desk from Conner who was very helpful and thorough. I was helped at the customer service desk as well and thanked for coming to the store when I left.

Don't ask NORA for help she is RUDE

It is Christmas Eve and a critical part of my family's tradition is a roaring fire on this night. Unfortunately part of my fire place was damaged and I required a replacement Gas Log Lighter. I searched the "Home Depot" website and found that they showed on hand 5 SKU622356. SO off I began my search. Lucky for me John "the store manager" asked me if I needed assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he had a perplexed look on his face. It seems that the item I required was not usually for sale at this location. No fear John said we would go looking for it as it showed they had 5. We searched multiple places for items that did not have a shelf assigned, and finally found the required part. John also gave me some advice on how to improve the set up so it would be more structurally sound. I took his advice and porched the recommend parts. John went above and beyond to help me in "my time of crisis" and helped me keep a family tradition alive. His kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you sir and thank you for your service.

The person at checkout (Annette) was very helpful as well as the greeter. Very satisfied with the price of my purchase as well as the amount of stock.

All the associates at this store were helpful and friendly. I found out today that Home Depot will cut a board for you.

John, Will, and Jamie are great! I got help grabbing a toolbox and as soon they asked me if I needed help they dropped everything to track one down for me, get the lift and helped me out of the store and load them in after checking out. They pretty much dropped whatever task they were on to help me out in the middle of a busy day at the store.

Liked having a friendly person with a mask at the entrance. Cindy our cashier was friendly and helpful. Happy too.
