a competitor I have been there twice now to pick up a "ship complete" cabinet order. Called in on a Sunday PM, spoke to ? in customer service who told me order was complete. I set up a time for after 5 pm the next day. When I arrived, some of the on shelf items did not get picked. Waited 40 minutes, finally Brooks came out with one item said they were still looking for the other two. Waited another 10 or so, left HD went to Brand X to pick up appliance will call (took 15 minutes or less from in the door to driving away). Went back to HD, still unable to locate one of the 24" x 30" wall cabinets and the toe kick. Told Brooks I couldn't wait any longer, he could call me when material was ready. Got the call today, told ? in CS I would again pick up after 5. Arrived at store, was handed the other 24" x 30" and some scribe molding. Explained to them what toe kick was, associate went to repick came back with some crown molding. I went back with the associate, toe kick bin had crown molding and scribe molding in it. I stocked it correctly for you (you're welcome) but that did not solve the problem since your inventory showed plenty in stock. Wandered over to electrical to look at a light fixture, hoping incorrectly problem would be solved when I got back. Nope - now the order is "locked up" whatever that means. This time two managers had to get involved, Paul and ? from Kitchen (I recognized her from when I ordered the cabinets). By this time I have been there for 40 minutes. Paul thought it was probably in an overhead bin and "do you have a few minutes to wait?" Ummm - Not anymore. It takes 20 just to block off the aisles and find somebody "qualified" to operate a stock picker. I told him to call when it was located. So, now on this ship complete will call, I have two trips and about 2 hr 15m wait time - and STILL have to go back. Seriously. Of course everybody is super sorry but that doesn't pay for my time or fuel.

I have had a lot of interaction in the last few months, including special order that came in damaged and the outcome was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I am disappointed that a product we bought a couple weeks ago that wasn't in the system, still isn't in the system when purchased again causing us to have to wait an extra 15 minutes to get the code. Someone dropped the ball on that. The lighting is dim and doesn't give of a friendly inviting atmosphere.

    I enjoy going into this Store. I've always had good service, except for the other day when I went to Home Depot to purchase some trees. 3 of them, to be exact. I needed help to load them in my SUV. There were three young employees sitting out where the trees are kept. One of them offered to help me. I had some shopping bags to put tree containers in them to keep the dirt from falling out. I was short a few. I went back into the store to grab more.     Positive feedback: the cashier was very helpful and friendly at the self checkout station and went above and beyond. The employee cutting keys was also very helpful and efficient. Negative feedback: the employees in the back near the cutting station, including the shift manager were awful. Rude, slow, non-communicative. I waited 30 minutes for assistance and the person in front of me got 75% of his wood cut before the shift manager came back and told the employee the cutting saw was out of order. If the saw was out of order, why was there no sign saying so? Why did it work to cut wood if it was out of order? No apology; no communication; not even a glance of acknowledgement. I won’t tolerate this and will take my business elsewhere.
