The Home Depot is my favorite store!

I've been going to Home Depot in Biloxi for many years. They always have a clean store, you usually can find what your looking for, and Convenient location just South of Interstate I-10 Biloxi or off Cedar/Pop's Rd. I Highly Recommend!

Home Depot doesn't disappoint! If I have ever had an issue the resolved it immediately (one time). I shop the coast and the Biloxi store is efficient and filled with helpfulness. Thanks Joanna and Christine! Again great job!

THE STORE HAD PLENTY OF STOCK, THE EMPLOYEES WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE DIFFERENT AREAS

I couldn’t get what I came for because they didn’t want to exchange my blinds and I had the receipt. A refund does no good because it takes several days to refund to a card. Ridiculous!!!!

I always look forward to visiting this store. The staff are always friendly and professional!

I went in not knowing what was needed but a great employee name Buck helped me and made my experience great! I would recommend everyone to shop at this location.

Dionne worked her magic and would not accept the Brush Off from the Home Depot online reps I had been receiving for 2 months. She insisted and escalated this major error immediately! Within 2-days I received my $673.46 credit that was never processed properly. Thanks Dionne (My Pro Shop Pro)

3 different employees asked if I needed help or asked how I was doing. Melissa went the extra mile.

I went in for a gas grill and asked for help. Got help and the grill that was in to stock very quickly. The cashier was fast and got my grill loaded for me. All the employees i encountered were friendly and very helpful. The gril is great too.

The next time you need anything from lawn and garden—go to Home Depot and ask for Luke. I only waited 5 minutes for his assistance and he helped me pick out the best mower for my budget and immediately put it together for me.

Need flooring? Tile/laminate? Go see Patrice in the flooring department. She handled our sale, and all the questions first time tile buyers have. She guided us expertly through all the choices that Home Depot has available

I do enjoy going to this store to buy things. Their product lines are good and it is a clean store. My only complaint is their occasional disrespect to veterans on the discount.

First I would like to say that i am speaking on behalf of my husband. He went to the Biloxi Home Depot on February 6th to purchase around 8 doors we needed for a project and other material needed as well . While he was back at the door desk area , he stated that he was waiting to be helped , and said someone who he had encountered told him that they would find help. He stated he heard the announcement and before it was finished a young lady came over to see what was needed. Let’s just say that my husband can be very impatient but he said MS.Niyana was very happy, patient and thorough with all the answers she gave to his questions , if she didn’t know she reached out to the associates that may , she took him to the product so that he could see it first hand before making a decision. The best part of it was that he was looking into saving money, she asked if he had a credit card , she asked if he was a Pro Extra member and he wasn’t sure , so she called another associate to ask how he would qualify to save. So he was told that it had to be 1500 before taxes and that she would send it over to see if he could have anything taken off, so she signed him up for a pro account and saved him $165. My husband was so impressed with the help he was getting and how she was handling not only his order but he didn’t know she doesn’t normally work in that area that she was actually a manager for the garden department and that didn’t stop her from trying too see if we needed someone to come out to put the doors up or if he knew that Home Depot offered forms of free in home services with us maybe wanting a Shed and other things. The reason why i am writing this is because my husband could have simply left and went to Lowe’s but he didn’t and I am glad he stayed to get what was needed because it showed us that Customer Service still exists and really good service at that. I am not sure if the young lady is like this all the time but that day she saved my husband money on our order , took her time to help him with everything he asked and he stated that he could tell he wasn’t a bother but someone who she honestly wanted to help. We live out in Vancleave, Ms and so that’s not a short trip for us , So to the young lady who simply gave my husband one of his best experiences thank you. we look forward to investing more with the Home Depot.

The lumber had no barcode. But the cashier was great & I didn't mind the wait while she retrieved them. A+++
