Found what I was looking for in the store. Was happily greeted by Marla when checking out. Haven't had a bad visit any of the Home Depots I've visited. Always helpfully and cheerful employees greeting you, offering help, and assisting in any way they can.

The countertop designer, Lisa, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She got me quotes and answers quickly. She was even able to help me via phone rather than in-person due to a snow storm. Because of her quick help, I was able to move forward before the sale ended!

I bought all of the material to rebuild my deck here, to the tune of around $20,000. Their staff has always been helpful and willing. Sometimes there was a bit of a learning curve, but we got through it. Everybody that I've worked with has been very accomodating and helpful.

I came into Home Depot with a specific item in mind to purchase. Spencer helped me find a discount and followed it all the way through the checkout process.

We went there today looking for a Bluetooth cord for Christmas lights and Karen and Andy were so helpful! Best customer service I’ve gotten. Thank you so much!

I went to five different departments in this store. I could not find help in one department. There was an associate in lighting on his phone that I had to ask for help after standing in front of him for two minutes. In the storage container area there were three ladies chatting, not wanting to interrupt, one finally acknowledged me. Went to Tools to buy a $300 Milwaukee drill and some batteries, Again three gentlemen chatting, I interrupted them and asked for help, they clearly weren't going to offer it. The cardboard display was empty so I asked if there were some somewhere else. He went back to his station and looked up the wrong ones. he said he guessed they were out. The other two were still chatting. I said I still needed the Drill which was locked up. He got the drill and said he had to take it to the checkout before I could touch it. The checkout guy run the order and handed me the receipt. That is when I noticed it was $150 more than I expected. I should have been paying more attention to what he was ringing up. When I called it to his attention he had to get the guy who carried it up so I walked over to his station where the other two were chatting. The guy who was to help me asked the other guy (chatting) to go cover for the clerk who checked me out, he just walked away. The gentleman that helped me checked the shelf and what I had pointed out to him that I needed and he verified I had the wrong one and that I could return it. I went back to the checkout where Clerk had my other purchase and asked to return it. No one had covered for him yet. Still couldn't touch the drill. He had to carry the drill to customer service. There was one lady in customer service printing out clearance price tags. She told me I had to wait. I then told her of all my experiences in the store and she just walked away. A young girl came up to the register and credited the credit card for all my purchases. Not one "may I help you" or "sorry for the inconvenience" All these people were over 50 so I would expect they understood customer service but the only one that showed any interest was the one young girl that cancelled my order. I will remember this experience for a very long time and will share this episode with all my friends and colleagues

Every time I have gone to this store I have always been able to find exactly what I am looking for. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful

I used self check out to buy a Blink camera. It said it couldn't scan, so I put it back and when I got home I looked at my receipt and I was charged for it. Now I have to drive back to the store and hopefully they'll credit me for it.

Kim in appliances was great! She was so patient with us and very helpful

Had a problem with the self-propelled portion of my Ryobi that I bought 2 years ago. Keith, manager, took care of my problem to my satisfaction - he went above and beyond to keep a customer happy.

I always enjoy shopping at this store and my visit on 8-4-22 was exceptionally good. I received help matching an expired paint from Sandy and Tyler who went out of their way to make sure I was helped. Also, Marla at checkout helped me and was pleasant when I had a problem with my Home Depot app.

Excellent employees Jake and Jared who walked me to each area I needed supplies from for many different home repairs.

I’ve been going to fleet fam as it’s closer but have waited 30 and 40 minutes to check out and see no one around to answer questions. Home Depot has self check registers, employees to check you out or help you with check out or finding things. They thought ahead with employee shortages. I was out in a minute.

I will never recommend Crew2 carpet installation group from Home Depot, they screwed up my carpet and they ask extra charge to fix their own mistake.

Tim Hermanson was exceptional to work with and very knowledgeable about his job and really helped us make a great decision on our purchase.

When I needed help, the gentleman in the fastener aisle stopped his stocking process and patiently helped me find some parts.

Over and over I go to Home Depot looking for a specific product.They not only tell me what aisle my product is in, they walk with me to the aisles and share the pros and cons of the various products. They know their products and that confidence comes through loud and clear. Whether looking for shower curtains, plungers, windo blinds, rust remover product, tools or special lighting products they have them all. Best one-stop-shop in Blaine.

Chad was very friendly, fast and even helped me pick and load 12 sheets of OSB sheeting. Good to see a few good employees still exist out there...

Department manager, Christina, was amazing!!! She turned around a negative situation- we were actually leaving to go elsewhere till she stepped in. Home Depot needs more employees like her.

The Blaine store has employees that are very good at customer service and friendly. They will stick with you until they have exceeded your needs.

Abdi and Brendan. I cannot say enough great things about these great cashiers! Respectful, wonderful customer service. Abdi greeted us immediately and made sure we found everything okay and did the whole self checkout from start to bagging for us. I thought they were both wonderful. As I was leaving both of them child me to have a nice night and Brendan called me ma am. Usually I hate that but I was very impressed by the respect I received from these two. It was a real treat compared to other cashiers at this store that are too busy texting and carrying on their own conversations. It is my biggest pet peeve. These two deserve recognition and a Homer award for their customer service tonight.

Great helpful service in the Paint dept!

Cheryl helped us get our product to the register and saved us some money by opening a Credit Card. Pete Murphy was extremely helpful getting our freezer into my truck.

Shout out to Chad in the professional help area. Thanks for your patience and expertise in getting our deck 'off the ground'!! All the employees here are helpful and seem relaxed. Great attributes for service industry!!
