I have been a long time customer of Boerne store. Recently, I am remodeling one of my rentals and have been back and forth to the store dozens of times. Each time I had a pleasant experience with the store, products and personnel.

This HD is well stocked, well staffed and ALWAYS HELPFUL

Checkout was quick and easy. We knew exactly what we wanted and were in and out very fast. She was so friendly and helpful

Had heaters when everyone else was sold out!

Very helpful employees to help an amateur do a few projects.

Dillon in the lumber department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all my lumber options and recommended a less-expensive option that met the needs of my project better.

It makes a big difference when the employees observe you trying to locate a product, come to you, and ask if they can help.

There were no cashiers open. Only self check out at this store. If I'm going to have to ring up my purchase, I deserve an employee discount.

What I love about my home depot store is the help and advice I get about the items I need for home projects. I can always find a staff member who clearly knows their stuff - and advises me on the best items to fit my needs.... AND helps me FIND them in that big store! Ben in Boerne store was outstanding. Cuts my shopping time in half!

The cashier, Bill was very helpful and friendly, but the departments in the store are in sufficiently staffed.

I've been around a long time and been to many home depot stores thru the years and I have to say the employees at Boerne HD went way above and beyond to take care of me! I"m grateful and impressed with their kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency. On the phone it was Tim the manager and Clinton in Mill Works department that were so very patient, kind, helpful, and professional!! Then when I arrived at the customer service desk at the store it was Amber and Erica that were so friendly, professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and made darn sure I was taken care of!! I felt as though they genuinely cared that I was properly cared for as a customer. Wow! Kuddos to these young people!! They set a very good example of how we should all treat one another every day! Thank You!

Dominic at the customer service desk is an exceptional employee. He helped me purchase a new air conditioner from the selection, to ringing up the sale, to loading it into my van himself. He went out of his way to make sure my purchase was a great shopping experience. He deserves a bonus! Dave also helped by checking stock for us. Kudos to both!

Everyone was pleasant

I'm having a house built in the Boerne area and needed three major appliances; a washer, dryer and refrigerator. I went to Home Depot due to its proximity to my future house and the availability of the needed products. I had the pleasure of working with a sales associate named Deborah for the two separate transactions. She was very professional, informative and helpful in assisting me with choosing the most appropriate appliances for my needs. These were two very pleasant shopping experiences and wanted to share.

Convenient location with good parking area. Friendly and helpful employees. Easy checkout with multiple checkout lanes. .

Dylan, Greg, and Ed were all so helpful - the made sure I had all I needed to complete my projects! A big "Thank you!" to each of them. I appreciate them going above and beyond! Dylan even helped me in other departments - project needs start to finish! The cashiers have been very friendly everytime, too!

This is a great store it carries all the items for any project. if not you can order it there at the store or at home. please be sure to thank the employees for they work very hard and are overworked. this store is used by a larger area than it was built for. Borne has grown to large for this store. I hope they have in the planes for another store soon. thanks for being here for us you are much appreciated

This store is the best one I have ever been too. The Employees were so friendly and helpful. It is always packed with customers and the employees still have time to assist you. That is special.

I would recommend this Home Depot for various reasons. The items I need are always in stock. The associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I don't know all their names but I can always get the help I need and have received great assistance from Evan, Joyce, Megan, and Aryamah.

EVERYTHING was fine until we got to the cashier. Katy was very disrespectful when she talks to customers. She mumbled when talking. I understand we have bad days were human but don’t bring it to WORK. Y’all should enforce the mask just to help customers feel SAFE shopping! :)

Years ago I was looking for a product in San Antonio, I went to 2 Home Depot stores looking for this specific item, exclusive to Home Depot, one store couldn't locate the 12 they had in stock and after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to help me I left and at the 2nd Home Depot 4 people told me they would locate the items and never returned, including the manager on duty, so I left again and called the Boerne store since I would be driving by on our way camping, not only did they locate the item I needed, they had them ready for me at the customer service desk, they then gave me a discount on top of the already very fair price, but then while I was checking out, the store manager approached me to thank me for not giving up and going to a competitor store and apologized for the experience I had at 2 other stores. I was not spending a ton of money, I needed 3 flashlights for a camping trip and they had the best price and quality for what we needed, it was maybe 45$. But the flashlights are super bright, very heavy duty and still are working and used daily. And as a result, I will always.choose this store over any other, and they foster the importance of great customer service and relations with all their employees.

The Boerne Tx store is a great example of The Home Depot store.

Delivery promised for a specific date and was altered without notification. At least one day wasted waiting for delivery

This is one of the best Home Depot Stores in the Country, primarily because of the outstanding and helpful staff !
