Phil went out of his way to make the shopping experience negative for me and my son. He harassed us continually because my son climbed in and out of the shopping cart.

Robert and Rodney were the best. Came in with a little knowledge and walked out ready to concur the project. Asking very thoughtful and detailed questions and walking aisle to aisle with me to make sure I had every item needed. I didn’t have to take one extra trip for anything. This was also near closing, my plan was to rush and try and grab it all after work, they took their time and I didn’t feel rushed at all.

I have not been in Home Depot in a while. I shopped new Laundry room cabinets, French doors, refrigerators, water softener all for my new house. Every person I encountered was pleasant and helpful.

I just wanted to give it a shout out to the whole home Depot 1801 pro desk team, especially their leader Debbie Thomas. You guys are amazing!

I went in to ask someone about remodeling my bathroom plumbing, and spoke to Robert E Lee. 80 yr old sales clerk who was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing. Absolutely helpful and knew exactly what I needed. If course I purchased everything he recommended as I wanted to do the remodel right!!

Leslie Slover in the kitchen design department was phenomenal. She was know knowledgeable, professional, personable, and provide exceptional customer service. She came up with a creative design solution for my small kitchen that went above and beyond what I expected. I am so appreciative of the time she took with me and I would recommend her services to anyone needing guidance on kitchen remodel. Thank you, Leslie!

If you need it, it is in the store. The workers are very friendly and helpful. A place to start your day.

I've been shopping countertops. I received excellent help from Leslie in choosing the edge style, color and ordering my new kitchen and vanity countertops - a great experience.

We came in browsing for new appliances and hoping to find the best ones that fit our needs. We left with a really great experience. Our sales associate Wendy was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed and ended the sale on a very happy note. Again thank you so much Wendy!

I always shop here and its sad that they can't keep good help.... I was able to find what I was shopping for but the lack of employee presents creates a bad experience for everyone....

Whether for small or large trips to Home Depot, we always get the same friendly experience.

I always choose this Home Depot because of the excellent customer service I consistently receive here- especially from team members like Robert in plumbing. That guy has taught me how to fix things myself and always sends me out with the right parts, answers, and understanding of what I will likely encounter during my project and how to do it right.

A number of the folks at this Home Depot greet me by name and all of them are super friendly and helpful.

Happy every time I go there especially early in the morning no traffic and quiet

If you go to this location, you better know exactly what you need and where it's located in the store. The employees are generally unhelpful and do not care, so asking them anything is pointless.
