Home Depot is the best place to shop for appliances! Good selection–particularly online–and frequent sales, and fair prices. Excellent service too!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years, but hadn't been there in awhile. My last visit required help in almost every dept., as we are preparing our house for sale. I was pleasantly surprised at how many friendly, helpful employees were on hand to assist me. Not sure what has changed, but they're doing something right now at this store. I was also very happy that I was able to replace blinds and carpeting at almost the same price I had been quoted just for blinds at another window covering store in Boulder.

This store is awesome!!!

Two different employees stopped what they were doing to give me personal assistance with items I was seeking, including leading me to where these items were located. This was above and beyond....

If you are looking for kitchen appliances this department has very knowledgeable sale associates and are very helpful! David Ellgren went out of his way to inform us and explain differences in brands and what appliance would work best for our needs. Highly recommend this department!

Very poor customer service. One first occasion, canceled order without informing me. In second instance, failed to inform me of necessity for a "stacking kit" prior to delivery of washer and dryer. Consequently, installation not performed.

Sales associate Victor was a huge help with our obscure lighting questions and found us the stock when there wasn't enough on shelves for us. Very kind and professional.

I love this store. The people will take time to help you figure out how best to tackle a project and assist with all the materials you need. This Home Depot takes dog friendly to a whole new level, and it's become one of my pup's favorite places to go.

Absolutely love the garden center. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Wish they had more varieties of fruiting and flowering cherry trees!

Went to the Boulder store this evening to buy a sheet of plywood. I needed to cut it in half so that it would fit in my Honda Insight, but the saw was broken. An employee near the saw suggested I check with tool rental to see if I could borrow a saw, and he would help me cut it. But Austin in tool rentals offered to cut it for me! After he cut it, I got the two pieces out to my car, but they wouldn't fit. (I had measured the interior space, but they were an inch too big to fit into the door opening.) Jason (who works in grounds, I think) saw my predicament; he was on his way home with his pickup truck and offered to drop them off at my house -- they saved the day! Very impressed with my whole experience.

Had a home appliance die and had to make an emergency purchase. Appliance sales person was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, as well as calm in the face of my obvious panic, and helped me make a thoughtful purchase despite the urgency. I would have liked faster delivery, but Home Depot was still faster than all the other stores in the area.

Deanne Ketterman in kitchen design was wonderful. She has the patience of an angel which one definitely needs in that job. She sat with us as we asked a zillion questions and changed out minds many times. She is knowledgable, gracious, kind and a real professional. Home Depot is lucky to have her and so is the community.

Totally unacceptable shopping experience. There were only two cashiers available and long lines at both check-out positions. Yet there were numerous other Home Depot employees in the store, but apparently those employees are unable or are not trained to help out in such situations. A corporate focus on customer satisfaction is missing here.

I was impressed with the quality of customer service even on a busy Sunday morning. People were available to assist me in finding the products I needed. A variety of plants were available in the Garden Section of the store. I shop at this store frequently so have always been helped by caring, friendly people. I shop here because I know items will be available at reasonable prices.

Ronda, at the Service Desk, was extremely helpful in completing my special order and setting up the home delivery. She knows the whole Home Depot "system" and is a great problem solver.

Adam, a young employee in the lumber department, was extremely helpful during my visit today. He helped me locate the exact piece of wood I was looking for and then hand cut to the required dimensions. All the time - friendly, upbeat, and courteous.

I am pleased with the service in this store. Every time I go in I find the staff helpful. The only thing that is a nuisance is the parking, but there is no way you could enlarge the lot.

We had a very enjoyable experience purchasing a washing machine. Our salesperson, Paul, was very helpful, and made our experience that much easier and better.

The service at this store is so excellent! I moved to a town a good distance away, and make the trip back to this particular Home Depot! Always have the items I need, and the staff can't be beat!
