Debbie was kind and helpful for us in picking the right flowers and then giving us tips for care.

I always shop at Home Depot for my annual plants, great variety. Debbie one of the check out women in gardening was very pleasant and helpful. She told me about entering for the $5000 drawing and asked that I use her name on the application but there wasn’t any place that asked for an employee recommendation so that’s why I’m leaving this review. I think it’s important for all employees to be recognized when they deserve it.

Home Depot is a great place to shop and usually have what I need in stock! It’s my Happy Place!!

EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, BUT DID NOTICE PLANTS WERE EXTREMELY DRY AND WE BOUGHT ONE THAT IM PRETTY SURE IS BEYOND HELP BUT WE WANTED TO TRY.

The customer service is awesome. I'm not nervous about going into the store and asking for help as a woman. Staff are always helpful and they are more than willing to help me and don't treat me like an inconvenience like some of the other stores.

We prefer this stores location, the staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Store is always amazingly clean, organized, well stocked. Even though this stores town is a bigger town you still get that small town feel from the staff.

Home depot always has what ever I need, I'm a professional artist and I get all of of my supply there I use a lot of massinite board and I buy all my paints for murals there, there's always oops paint and it helps me save money .

Kane at Home Depot today was the only reason we made a purchase. It seems insane that the only information the employees have on items is homedepot.com, just like the customers, but that didn't stop Kane from helping us. She kept at Google searching until she had answers. We spent $1,600 today because of her help, where we would have spent nothing.

I was on the floor looking at the Milwaukee Packout systems in Baxter Minnesota and Bryon was extremely helpful and when I got to checkout Cheryl the cashier was fast, efficient and cheerful.

This review has nothing to do with the Brainerd store. It is the Golden Valley store that provided sales and installation contracts for furnace and a/c installation

Good prices and give military discounts that really help. Staff are friendly and always there to help. Not to often have I gone in store without leaving with what I went for and more.

Many helpful employees in the store and always asking if they could help us find what we needed. Nice experience when you are in a large store.

I am a remodeling contractor and the customer service provided by Cindy and Samantha is the reason I continue to do business at Home Depot.

When you enter, it is like coming home. So the name Home Depot is appropriate and Baxter Store is great.

Purchased 3 shades-not happy with the trim job. Cannot install as is. Employee seemed overwhelmed, there were 4 of us needing shades trimmed and he was the only one answering the phone. He also had to fix something on the cutter.

My experience was great. Everyone from talking with Tony the first day about the different water heaters, to Jim making sure I had everything I needed for the job and assisting with finding the landscaping material for another project to Sisco who was friendly and quick checking us out. They were all super helpful and friendly.

I recently needed to buy a refrigerator and found the dept manager very helpful getting me the best price for the product.
