I've been coming to this Home Depot for many many years and will likely continue to do so. This is the first survey and review I ever did for Home Depot. The new checkout cashier at this store was totally awesome! Some customers may not agree with her witty remarks but I totally enjoyed her very much:D I like a down to earth person in a store that doesn't act like a fake friendly robot.

Knowledge on washers was very helpful.

Great store. Staff helped with loading deck materials and other things in rental van. Saved my back so i could go home and get started right away...

Great store freindly staff. Products are on website then there in the store. Not like other stores were they say u can pick this item up at. And it's not even there..

Great location, very fast checkout, employees available to help when requested. I personally LOVE being able to obtain receipts via email.

Every time I walk into "MY" Home Depot,.....lol.....help is always there to greet my projects. The associates are friendly and know where the products are......and always direct me to the correct aisle to where the product is. I also love the fact that H D has the 10% discount for veterans, which I am a member of......every little bit helps. Thank You Home Depot.

Khaiyla at the customer service desk needs to work on her customer service skills. I spend thousands at the store Daily. If hate to take my business elsewhere.

Always our go-to store for everything from lumber to light bulbs. Associates are friendly and helpful. Paint Department employees are knowledgeable and help us with all our painting needs.

Diana my cashier was very helpful. I was purchasing a Yale Nest lock & she helped me get it. She knew I needed assistance getting the lawn mower box into my car & called for help. She was nice & polite. The man who helped me get the box into my car was great. He lifted it in, no problem. I am so sorry I didn’t get his name.

The employees in the lumber dept.(Preston and Dave) provided impeccable customer-service on a busy Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend.

The store was clean and the isles were not cluttered. The access to good working shopping carts was acceptable. The bathroom tile selection was impressive and prices were reasonable

clean store and friendly people products are aviable

the employees at this store are pleasant, knowledgeable, and easily approachable. Anytime I need assistance, there is always some one able to handle the question, or find a more experienced associate in the necessary department.

The Store looks great and the employee's are very pleasant and the people in paint know there stuff...and remember a lot of things you might need for your project....super store..

When entering the Home Depot store (601 Naamans Road, Claymont, DE 19703) I asked an associate where can I pickup an online. They said "get in line" even though I was the only customer in the general vicinity. Then I was yelled at by the associate and told I was wrong when I was given an item I did not order. The item was clearly not the same as the one I ordered online. *The encounter was recorded and may be uploaded to social media.

It was good and well organized

Sunday was busy for different customers like us. They thrived to help us in paint department. Thank you John, his colleague and Dannon helped them immediately too .

This Home Depot is a very busy store, seems to be a lot of contractors use this store the worst thing I see shopping there is the isles are not always clear for shoppers, I know it is not possible for a store manager to have everything in place all the time, but shoppers need total access to the products when they walk into that store, the don't want to be there any longer than they have to, for contractors their always on the clock and time is money, the better organize the store the more you help the customer, the hylifts do not need to be stored in the aisles.

The location is convenient and every time I shop there, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
