I never have a problem finding someone to help me. They answer my questions they’re always very cordial and sometimes it even go beyond. If the shelf is empty they will scan it, then tell me if it’s may be located somewhere else or it’s on order and give me an approximate date when it will arrive. This location is my go to place for all my home repair needs.

Gabby the cashier and Emilio a Manager was very helpful, when I had questions about a Ryobi fan that had no box. Gabby looked up the current warranty and offered an extended warranty also. Emilio looked for another fan in a box and was polite, professional looking and respectful the entire time.

I am happy I went to this store i was able to get everything I needed for my project.

The products I need are easy to find and always in stock. The customer service is excellent and every associate I speak with is friendly and ready to help. I enjoy shopping at this location, its always neat, clean, and tidy!

The service here is horrible. Employees are on there cell phones. They direct you to a lane and don't even take you to the product. If you have a special order and you have a pro account. When you go get your order...you will need to be ready to load it yourself.

Very friendly and super helpful it seem like everybody knows their products in their departments and can take you right to it!! I think almost every single person I ran into that worked there that wasn’t busy asked if They needed my assistance on finding anything you guys are great team and thank you I had a great shopping experience plumbing department rocks thank you guys again Juan, Noel, And the manager that was working April 1, 2021!

Frank in the hardware dept. was very rude and unprofessional.He even spoke about me in Spanish to the customer that was behind me as I was walking away, not realizing that I understand Spanish and understood every word he said about me I went straight to the manager and let him know about the situation. In my opinion, Frank does not possess the proper attitude or professionalism that Home Depot is know for . He needs to be retrained in how to speak and interact with customers. Very disappointed!!!

The Tool Rental department is very helpful. The other employees are helpful and tended to my needs in other areas of the store.

I would like to say that I have shopped different homedepots for years,I guess that due to the pandemic, the stores have been affected by shortages of knowledgeable personnel to shortages in stock offered for sale to the general public. Overall I think that the store need friendlier, knowledgeable personnel ready to assist customers who assistance in the use and applications of the materials they purchase, in other words, subject matter experts to work in the stores and assist customers.
