I had a phenomenal experience at this particular Home Depot. The employees went out of their way to make sure i found what I needed. I appreciate them for making my Home Depot trip much easier than it would have been without their help. Thank you!

Very good machine that I bought

I use the Bridgeport, Fairfield, and Stratford locations very often. While they are all great, the Bridgeport location is like a second home. Sherm and Frank are always wonderful to see as well as all of the other cashiers. The specialty employees are very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to plumbing, paint, and electric!

The store was relatively clean throughout save for bluetooth speaker section. It was in disorder and dusty. I rifled thru and found a quality product.

This Home Depot is excellent. The store is always clean and products are always available. There is plenty of parking. Employees here are ready to assist. They don't just point in the direction of an item you are looking for, they tell you the aisle number and location of the product. Sometimes they will even walk you to the product. There are plenty of cashier serviced check out lines as well as self service check out lines. The customer service here is superb. I highly recommend this Home Depot in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

The Bridgeport store was clean and the items were stocked to easily be found. I was extremely pleased with the cashier “Frank” - his personality and genuine interest in the customers being totally satisfied and all that added with a truly bubbly personality was the start of a truly good day!

The cashier name was Frank I’ve checked out with him several times In the past he is a very nice man he also called someone to help me carry my 10 bags of landscape rocks to my car and pack them in neatly wish I could’ve took him home LOL I’m in Home Depot daily spending all my money he was training someone named Janice that was new on the job , Frank did an excellent job training her without keeping me or any other customers waiting I love you Home Depot

Friendly customer service and the store manager is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive with the customer in mind the entire time. My low inventory product needed was easily findable and store seemed impeccably clean vs the other 3 that I went to the same day.

Besides the front desk staff, everyone else in the store are so friendly and go out of their way to help. I would definitely keep shopping at this location

From start to finish, my shopping experience at the Home Depot store in Bridgeport, CT, exceeded my expectations. On the evening of an upcoming major winter storm, the team employees Felix, Steven, and Xavier, went above and beyond with assisting me in my purchasing a new Club Cadet 2X Max 30 snow blower. The aforementioned team members held my hand (figuratively speaking) through my entire shopping experience. Incredibly rude and lazy manager. He just refused to make any effort to help, and instead just insulted us.

The employees at this store were super helpful and friendly in helping me pick out an appliance and carrying it out to my car!:)

The store is conveniently located. Most of the employees are helpful except a few evening employees at the service desk. For some reason they don’t want to move from the desk even when there are 3-6 of them there and the department employee on break.

Unfortunately this particular Home Depot has many more products that the surrounding Home Depots don't. if it weren't for that reason, I would never step foot at this particular location.

Eddie in appliances helped track down and locate 2 air conditioners that were in scarce supply. I live one hour away from the store and he understood the inconvenience of driving two hours round trip and assured me they were on site, he double-checked the correct model numbers, and set them aside for me at customer service. Eddie went above and beyond - I did not get the same service at other Home Depots I called - EDDIE WAS GREAT! and everyone else in the store was attentive and accommodating.
