Yes , but more effort should be made with customer issues than being A nap about clean floors !

The employees have gone above and beyond to help me out when needing assistance.

this store is dirty and has very limited supplies.... very few store clerks to help with anything.....very rarely has a person working at the register so you have to use the self checkout which is fine but only 2 out of the 4 registers works. .....avon and bridgewater stores so much better, cleaner...well stocked and much friendlier staff

No matter what day or time I go, there is never a register open with a cashier (other than contractor or garden). Most recent visit was a busy Saturday morning and only self checkout registers open; yet, I am greeted by someone handing me a flyer and there are often employees standing near the front talking. Open some registers!

More attention should be paid to policing the parking lot especially in the area of the handicap parking spots. Often there are carts in these areas preventing their use and customer trucks often park in the lined -off areas next to the handicap spots preventing their use by a van using a side mounted wheelchair lift.

I am a senior citizen female and I saw a good deal but I needed help with getting the item off the floor and up to register then out to my car and a nice young man gave me his assistance. I was very grateful or I could not have bought this.

Check out the awesome Tool Rental Section. Affordable and they had EVERYTHING I was looking for (except 24' 6x6 posts because who carries that in stock). They also hooked me up with a membership card for some ULTIMATE SAVINGS. I was asked in every section within seconds of looking around for something and everyone was knowledgeable in their area enough to bring me straight to the product. 10/10 will go again! (Special thanks to Leslie at the front desk!)

If you go to the checkout at contractors end of the store, look for Michelle 'cause she has a smile five feet wide and it is contagious!!

What else can I say.....Diane in Plumbing knows more about Plumbing that I have ever known in my 51 years on earth. She was so nice and helpful. All y needs were met and I completed my task without any problems thanks to her Wisdom and Unselfish Knowledge!

Rented a chain saw. Dave B was very friendly and took time to show how to use it. Unfortunately the equipment did not work as expected and had to bring it back. Dave B. was very nice about it and offered to call Manager to cancel the contract and refund my money. Manager, Ebony, was accommodating and did not hesitate to cancel the contract or refund the charge. I've shopped at Home Depot many times and have always had a good experience. One time though, my boyfriend tried to bring the dog in with him (he had seen other dogs with their owners before) but he was prevented from doing so by someone at the door. No big deal, but wonder why some pets were allowed but this time.

The store clerk was very helpful and friendly. The associate was available quickly to assist me.
