If you are concerned about your health safety during COVID, this store seems to ignore its own mask mandate both for employees and customers.

The Cashier Sarah was very helpful.

I have a Home Depot 8 min from my new house BUT I drive 20 min in the other direction just to go to this specific Home Depot . The store is always organized and I can always find someone to answer my questions. Corporate should use this store as the prototype for all other Home Depots.

The associates of this store are friendly and always willing to help you like Angie Allison and Joseph in the paint department .this is my favorite place. The store is very organized.

Mr. Lou from New York! Because of him our visit to this store just might be the most exciting thing to happen to us in months (thanks to the quarantine)! Hes like the heartbeat of that store! He seems to pump positive and commendable energy to every employee that he recommends to the shopper. They in turn provide you some of the best customer service that you will ever experience! From the min we walked in,he's already asking what we need,he then found us the kind of cart we needed,directed us to our first purchases, telling funny jokes,traded some italian phrases, I swear I saw him picking up trash or something,checked on us halfway through our shopping,directed us to other employees who helped us and ALL this while he smiled and helped other new customers entering the store! He as well Nolan,Austin and the awesome young man who normally runs the plumbing area are all outstanding employees of whom Home Depot should be very proud to employee and hopefully recognize for their committment to the company.

Great place to shop, qualified folks not just provide you direction to find your products, they try to understand your purpose and educate you on. i keep going because they don't sell me, i buy what I need, they help me.

Great inventory, and even better employees. Justin helped me load my car (I’m recovering from surgery) and was careful with my new flooring and my Jeep ... kept me entertained in good conversation while he did the heavy work. Best Home Depot I’ve been to, and that’s easily 50+ Home Depot stores between Virginia and Georgia.

Very poor customer service and professionalism experienced today. Took 30 minutes to get service and it wasn’t busy. Customer service was no better. Michael served me and had no knowledge about the products and was unprofessional to deal with (made me and my kids wait 15 minutes for no reason).

Easy to get "in and out" if you're in a hurry, great selection, always "in stock" and the associates are always so very helpful. The store was clean and I felt safe with the safety protocols in place.

This Home Depot is amazing. The staff go out of there way to help, the associates at the register are friendly and helpful and Mark the store manager is an incredible leader who really cares about the customer. I asked him as he was walking by for help with some pegboard and he helped me unload the bunk and carried it to the saw. That's when I discoverd he is the store manager! Wow! For me, this is the ONLY Home Depot I'll shop Keep up the great job!

I actually enjoy shopping at Brookwood. The associates are always so friendly and helpful. I have never found the store to be messy or in need of cleaning and I can usually find items quickly and check out is usually very quick. If I can't an item, there is almost always someone around who can help, and if I don't know exactly what tool will do the job, there is someone who can offer good suggestions. It's a good place to shop!

As a active DIY homeowner, I use this store over two closer stores. There are several staff members that remember me by name. Always friendly and they make it a pleasure to shop there.

We have shopped at many home depots, however, this one is superior. You will be greeted by a man named Lou. He is so personable. He will make you shopping experience fun and he will make sure you don't leave the store until you are completely satisfied. It was a job to shop at this store!
