Store manager Ramona Coleman will be missed, Ramona was the only store manager I ever seen at Home Depot store working at 6:30 Pm in supervisor/training capacity, When I first might Ramona I was looking for a item 6:30 Pm, she came up to me asking me, could I help you find what you looking for.? I said yes she said follow me. almost everyday I shopped at the Store, I was greeted , entered and leaving the store, I be walking in the Store and employee's would ask me, can I help you find what you looking for in the Store.

Garmen in electrical was very knowledgeable and friendly, my project without his assistance would have been a lot more difficult, Thanks Garmen!

The employees make you feel at home, they our great on help you find your items.

I needed a new refrigerater and the person that helped me was very nice I could order over phone and that was very helpful .

If you want great employees to wait on you, then go to this store! The entire staff that helped me on January 7th,2021, exceeded my expectations and make me wish for a Home Depot in New Iberia, Louisiana with employees like the ones in Broussard! A special shout out to Ms. Chelsea in the paint Dept. and Ms. Sonya the cashier. Thank you both for your kindness and help!

the store was clean, the assistance was great, the Store Manager was working at 6:30 Pm at night work with new employees, over see the store and helping customers. this what makes Broussard store a great place to shop.

It depends on who’s working and I guess what mood they are in to really assist you correctly when you need help. Some worker care and some will try to blow you off. The store depends on who’s working at the time. I’ve had great experiences and I’ve had not so great experiences. I try the other two Home Depot’s in the area and one is the same as this location the other has always been great. This location is just closer for me that’s why I deal with it at times.

The best place to find everything you need and most things you are not familiar with.

I visit this store very often, people like Andrea always make my visit very pleasant. We laugh, joke, and totally enjoy the shopping experience.

This is my favorite home improvement store. It has always been very clean and well organized and the staff there are excellent folks. If you need home improvement items, this store will more than likely have what you need to get your project done.
