Conner was an incredible team member and truly went above and beyond to help me put together my garden. I can not say enough great things about this gentleman. He made my shopping experience carefree and took the reigns on it! Great kid!

The Brunswick Home Depot is always clean, well organized and their staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We go there almost daily and they have everything we need to maintain our home and spruce it up a bit.

Home Depot Brunswick has a few familiar faces that always know where an item is when I ask. To me that is impressive based on the fact that I have been going to Home Depot stores since day one and I still don't where everything is. The workers always are willing to help and care about your experience. I have witnessed some very rude customers and the workers just keep their composure and deliver a solution. I have had good experiences at every Home Depot I have ever shopped at. Highly recommend this franchise for all of you home improvement needs.

The wood prices are ridiculous it’s not hurting there pockets it’s hurting the little guys pockets it cost me $74 dollars for 13 2x4x8 in believable

Yes the store did have what I needed, and the woman that helped me was great. The store was very clean.

Friendly service. The man who helped us offered several suggestions on appliances. We ended up purchasing kitchen appliances from Home Depot for nearly $600 less than a Home Depot competitor whose name starts with "L".

The drive from Medina to Brunswick was well worth the extra miles. I found the store warm, friendly and easy to receive assistance, especially the Kitchen appliance dept.and Garden dept.

the store was a mess. Crap in the aisles, some you couldn't even walk down. The staff lacks customer service skills. They are very rude and short with you.

This was my first visit to the Brunswick, Ohio store. They had my supplies in stock. The store and parking lot was clean. The associate was friendly and offered to help load 22 rolls of roll roofing materials. Plus this store rents out small construction equipment which I can rent for my landscaping services business. I will be shopping here more often!

Witnessed employee blowing snot rockets on carts as he pushed them in at night. Disgusting.

Completely disgusting attitude given by the cashier . Would not look at me or talk to me because of wearing my political opinion on my shirt. Didn’t even ask for a job when using a business card ... simply entered zero so she wouldn’t have to talk to me. If roles were reversed I would have been asked to leave the store. Completely unacceptable. I frequent this store and have never been treated to terribly .

James in lumber was very helpful from directing me to the lumber I needed, placing on the cart, and loading into my vehicle. He was patient and exemplified excellent customer service. Thanks James!

products in stock on my store on-line, but not able to get all my products when I get there.

Could not find any help in the lumber department, the aisle ways were blocked. I did the self-checkout and had are very rude cashier demand to see my receipt, I showed her the receipt and she tried to rip it out of my hands. Being a contractor and also a deputy sheriff I did not appreciate how she was trying to demand the receipt. I did advise her that by law I do not have to show her the receipt. I've never had a problem like I had today and because of the way I was treated I will not shop the Brunswick Home Depot again.
