Do not expect your delivery when they say it will be there. Excuse is always a third parties fault.

Customer service needs some attention.

Sarah noticed the self-serve line was holding me up, so she came over and had me come to her register by a short cut, and got me checked out quick. Bravo! Sarah! (if you post this, please don't show my email address).

Going shopping at this Bulverde Home Depot store is like visiting with friends. From the moment I enter the store I am greeted with a smile. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When you stop any of them to ask for product location, they always, ALWAYS take the moment to show you or point you in the right direction. Great products, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. I will continue shopping at the Bulverde Home Depot, as I have for the past 12 years. Good job!!!

Navel was there and more than willing to help me with my garden purchase. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. If you want a great gardening experience, go to this Home Depot and ask for Navel. He is certainly there to help!

I needed help finding ideas on keeping a well pump from freezing and employees advised me about heat lamps and generators. They also helped me assemble the heat lamp when I bought one and returned to the store. The product had no written instructions. I am very pleased with the customer service here.

Every time I come in they have a good selection of products and an employee always asks if they could help

I need to paint a cedar fence. The young lady in the paint department was great--she helped me pick out the best paint and equipment to apply it. The self-checkout is super-fast, and there is always someone there to help.

I have come to this store several times since moving to San Antonio. Employees are friendly and help you find what you are looking for. Store does a good job of keeping items in stock. Curbside pickup is convenient.

Tried to buy keys for my home, asked 3 people to get assistance and no one ever showed up.

I needed a good freezer for the garage but needed help finding exactly what I needed. A very friendly and experienced associate showed me the many different models, styles, features, prices, etc, online and helped me choose the best one for what we needed! Always a great shopping experience at this store with helpful staff!

I typically already know what I'm a looking for and location however, it's not the same for everyone. I hear the customers talking to the staff regarding a project they are working on and really don't have the terminology of items needed for project. But that doesn't perplex the staff. They are able to decipher the customers conversation and point them in the right direction almost all the time. Very kind and patient. Great folks!

My wife and I just bought three new toliets to be installed. Home Depot said we would be in the system the same day and an installer would contact us. After three days we had not heard from an installer. Contacted Home Depot and they said we were not in the system. Supposedly now they put us in the system. Guess the system doesn't work because an installer never contacted us. We had to contact a local plumber to do the installation at twice what we expected to pay. This is only the second time I have bought something from this Home Depot to be installed and both times have been a problem. I make a lot of purchases from theis Home Depot and never a problem unless I was trying to get something installed....so no stars for installing.

Always laid back easy to work with. Anytime I ask sales people, they are always ready to help.
