DANIEL AT THE HELP DESK WAS TERRIFIC; HE HELPED ME FIND THE GRILL I WANTED AND HELPED ME LOAD IT INTO MY PICKUP.

Was shopping for a grill which was in stock. Helpful employees and good price. The only constructive comment I would make is clear out the front of the store floor especially around. Hard to maneuver a full basket or sled with all the merchandise up front. Seems like the space in and around the aisles is getting more narrow.

I always seem to have questions when I shop at Home Depot (like, "How is this item different from this one?") and the employees have always been helpful, without making me feel like an idiot.

Cashier register 4 Yoseline he's better customer service training. In a shorter set of nails to do a job. Her attitude sucks. She does not know how to do her job, When it comes to clean fast and friendly/greeting a customer. She didn't greet us when we walked up, she did not greet us when we left out she dropped my change on the floor didn't say sorry or excuse me I'll get it she didn't say anything.

Rocky sure is a great Manager. He is kind and helpful. We were having a technical problem with our card, the credit card company said it was on the merchant side. Rocky saved the day and found a solution to the problem. Travis in the rental department was also phenomenal.

I'm on a crutch and when I visited Home Depot #8438 in Burleson, Texas, I was helped by a cashier who cared very much and helped me tremendously. He moved around the bungle-some items I was buying, helped me check out on the self-service register and got me on my way. He even gave me some needed direction in selecting products.

I recently made a special order and forgot to use a 10% discount that I received in the mail. I spoke with JEN at the return desk and she was very helpful. She called the account manager for my Home Depot credit card and was able to get the discount applied to my purchase. Jen was very professional and kind. Please show her how much I appreciated her service.

Needed to run a pvc water line and an associate drew me a picture of what I should do at the least cost. Worked perfectly.

She is an absolute diamond and turned our nightmare into a dream come true through her dedication and passion for truly helping customers. She is above-and-beyond in all aspects. Her professionalism, kindness, reliability, attention to detail (which is EVERYTHING in kitchen design, let me tell you) are unmatched. Because of her, I will bring my business back here again and again, despite living an hour away and closer to several other stores. Thank you, Jessica! Words are not enough!
