GREAT INVENTORY, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AND LOCATION.

Found the products and materials i needed in this store for my DIY idea for a garden shade! The employees were all over the store (different departments) so they were in reachable distance for assistance one of them provided a flat cart for our materials! Will come again

The store is very well organized, clean and the associates are very caring with the customers. The assistance is very accurate. They are carrying out the Covi 19 protocol very well.

Definitely is a great experience going shopping at Cagua's PR Home Depot, they have friendly and eager employees to help you find what you need, to answer any questions and helping you taking items out and puting inside car. The store is neat and organized. And many organized merchandise to choose from and prices.

Social distancing is not being respected. Isles are overpacked with merchandise on the floor making it very difdicult and unsafe to move around. Merchandise is priced incorrectly. Re stocking during peak hours, several isles closed. It seems no manager is present at this store.

I want to know, why in Puerto Rico, we can't obtain the complete benefit credit deduction when we by at the Home Depot Store? When I buy at the United States Home Depot Store, they apply the benefit to all product, but at here, we are restricted in most of the product to receive the same benefit deduction credit; WHY? That is a discriminatory action. Could you explain that, please?

Excellent service from beggining to finish. Employees are very helpful and they go out of their way to help you. Never had a problem. They have even corrected me if I am buying the wrong product, like buying lumber.

I found all that I need in the store. The store is clean and the personnel are very courteous. All personnel are available to assist to cvlarify doubts related to items purchase and help to find some items that I can't find.

Great store overall however isles are blocked constantly during peak hours for restocking. Also sale items in the middle of isles make it very unconfortable to pass by with a shopping cart. Store is full but not easy no navigate through.

This Is a nice big store. They have a good service customer service.
