This Home Depot is never organize and the customer services is bad. Employees are not train well to answer questions from the customers. I live 2 miles from this Home Depot and I prefer to drive to the next store.

This is my go to store. I have never had a bad experience in this store.

Surprisingly I was provided excellent customer service by Tony in the appliance department. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. An awesome employee providing outstanding customer service.

In my survey I noted that this store was my choice since it is close to home and pleasant to visit. I have been able to find just what I come in for.

The store was neat and everything that I needed was easy to fine. As soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted and asked if I need help. I was able to get the assistance in getting the items that I needed. The store was very organize and clean. All of the associates that I, meant Darrell, Lucy and Annette went the extra mile in helping me.

Theresa was very helpful and knowledgeable and took her time with my wife and I. She also made us laugh and has great customer service she is an asset to the company.

Home Depot in Capital Heights, MD store has the best A Team that walks the walk and talk the talk!!! The employees that work at this location are attentive, willing, informative, courteous, and do support and serve you with outstanding professionalism..

The store and services do not match stores in areas in Virginia or Montogomery County.

THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND THE STORE IS VERY WELL STOCKED. HOWEVER, I WISH MORE ATTENTION BE FOCUSED ON THE PARKING LOT, IT NEEDS TO BE REGULARLY CLEANED AND MAYBE SOME NEW PARKING LINES AND A POWER WASH TO HELP WITH THE OVERALL EXTERNAL APPEARANCE...ALL THE TOOLS IN THE STORE.

It is with great enthusiasm that I praise the quality customer service provided to me by Veronica. I became extremely frustrated after walking around looking for a specific fertilizer for my lawn. Not only did Veronica tell me where the item was, she walked with me and helped me look for the specific brand. She did all of this with a smile and great patience. Your organization is fortunate to be able to utilize Veronica’s talents. I commend her dedication & amazing customer service skills. She is AMAZING!!!!

Associates are not at all friendly. They act as if you are bothering them. They do not offer assistance. Products found in other Home Depot is not at this location. I only visit this location because it is the closest to my home, but from now on I will go out of my way to another location, because I always have a bad experience when I visit this location.

The store manager, Tim has really done a fantastic job with the mangers and other employees in customer service. Very pleased.

Customer service suck I was with my mom and we have lived in pg county for over 30 years when mom needed to go to Home Depot I took her here and she said no this place is trash. Why must I drive out va. Further out md not asking for an exceptional shopping experience just a decent one

Been coming here for years because it's close to the house. The management must have changed or something. The store is now well stocked and way better customer service than before.

Employees don’t want to work and move ridiculously slow. Parking lot is covered in trash, store is extremely cluttered and unorganized.

The best selection of Roses. This store also received the most Rose tree. Unfortunately not the best care of rose trees after delivery. One must go as soon as the tree is delivered. I purchased a rose tree last month here. It was fairly small in tree limb size with little to no bulbs. I paid full price around $50+. I purchased Althea tree last week $59. It was small in limb size but had plentiful bulbs because I purchased around the time it was delivered to the store.

Customer service is excellent. Always have in stock items needed.
