For once at Home Depot I had a great experience because of one of the sales staff. A young lady named Vanessa was very helpful, knowledgeable and competent and did exactly what I needed done in a timely manner. I left the store in a better mood than when I entered which is not always the case. Thank you Vanessa!

I've shopped at Home Depot for years. Their stores are usually very clean and the employees are most helpful. There have only been a couple of instances where I was disappointed, and that was rectified. Would recommend Home Depot over others anyday.

I had to deal with Aaron from Tool Rental Department and it was a horrible experience. Here is my experience: 1. I walk up and state I am picking up a rental truck and without any further investigationI get the response: We do not have any trucks. 2. i informed him that i have a reservation then all of a sudden there is a truck but then that is not the “right” truck. 3. So I ask, I made the reservation and I really need this truck for a furniture pick up, how can we rectify this situation? 4. He just says call Penske and hands me a number 5. I call corporate first then get transferred to the local store. I talk to the gentleman and he says he will authorize me to pick up the truck that Aaron said he couldn't give. Then i tell the representative that it is best that he informs Aaron personally instead of me stating that to Aaron (trying to do it properly) 6. As I tell him I have the representative on the phone, he says he cant talk using my cell phone and they need to call him and ask for his desk. If this was the case why didn't you allow me to use your phone to call or better yet show some customer service and call yourself? 7.Then the gentleman calls, Aaron answers the phone and puts him on hold right away and starts helping people that arrived after me. At this point I was getting quite upset and had another representative (Sudhanya) interfere and help me with rest of the process.

I want a cashier not self check out and quality products at a fair price. I will go the added distance to Lowes

The young lady at the self checkout, Ruby, she is awesome. She helped me when the product scanned up the wrong price she corrected it without question. She knew I was in a hurry. We were laughing when I left and I forgot my bag of products she notices it and ran and caught me at the door to make sure I got out with my products. I was close to closing time and if she hadn’t noticed it I might not had time to make it back to get me forgotten stuff. Thank you Ruby your the coolest! Hope you get a raise!

This store is in a great location. I was able to find everything I needed for the home quickly and efficiently.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot! We are remodeling a 50 year old house and they have helped every bit of the way! Sara helped us with this last big purchase! Couldn't have done it without her!

Pretty knowledgeable staff MUCH BETTER than the nuts at Lowes - I seldom shop there. Friendly, helpful. always courtious.

I have been shopping this Home Depot since it opened and have been very pleased. I have used the Rentals on a regular basis and will continue to do so. I might even consider working part time there when I retire.

We just moved to the area and this is our local store. We are in the midst of a major remodel (at least in our eyes) on our 50 year old home in Carrollton. The store team, whether it's Taylor in plumbing, Vanessa in appliance, Tahira cashiering, Denese and Adriana in customer service/returns....the team is willing and able to help! I appreciate the level of customer service that we have received on every visit. The store manager has made some great hires and has put together a great team! Thank you for being our local Home Depot!

Great store. Even when they're busy, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and I easily found what I was looking for. I didn't have to wait 20 minutes to get someone to help me. A rarity these days.

Great experience overall. Destiny from customer service really made sure it was easy to find all my needs and help in my gardening.

Mr. Tyre was beyond helpful and willing to help me and my daughter. My daughter is currently with child and her made laugh as he assisted us in the store. Thank you sir for taking time out to assist my daughter and unborn grandbaby as we journeyed throughout the store. While having a conversation her birthday on July 4th came up, so before our exit he wished my daughter a happy birthday and blessing on the birth of her child.

Associates teamed up and went the extra mile to find a product that was misplaced in one of the high cages. The Customer Service Rep and the Night Manager worked very hard to find the product while also calling around to nearby Home Depots to see if they had the item. The Night Manager finally found the product and I left as a satisfied customer.

WOW, this store has everything. Say hello to Angela when you are there. She is super helpful and will guide you to find what you need. I really enjoy shopping at this store. Even difficult chores become a pleasure when I visit this store.

The staff at Carrollton are awesome

This store is by far the best Home Depot in the DFW area. The staff is amazing and they know what they are doing. The friendliness at the Service Desk with all my orders is what keeps me coming back to this location. I would highly recommend this Home Depot over the other ones!

I had a plumbing leak inside my house and had called a local plumber who had committed to being at my address by 8:30; when I called to follow up after 8:30 they said they could not get to my house until the following day. With my water was turned off and too late to call another plumber I walked into the store about 10 minutes before closing with photos of the leaking pipe. Eric in plumbing looked at the photo set me up with a new 3/4 x 3/4 sharkbite connector and a sharkbite removal tool. He then took a 3/4 piece of copper pipe and showed me how to place and remove the sharkbite. Based on Eric’s assistance and demonstration of how to use the sharkbites and removal tool I was able to repair my leaking pipe that evening and turn my water back on saving me cost of a plumber and hotels. Both he and Angela are examples of why I use Home Depot for my home repair/improvement needs.

Angela, the register sales person is awesome! She got us the answers we need and was very friendly. We had looked online and it told us what aisle and bay to look for what we want. Trip was fast and easy
