Went in looking for a plumbing solution. Terry was able to tell me what I needed, demonstrate how to use it, and showed me alternatives to choose from. he was very polite and very knowledgeable

I was dreading going in to order a mini blind for my skylight but both John, who set up the measurment, and Steve who ordered my blind provided excellent customer care. Thank you for making it a pleasent experience...!! :)

Nowhere in this valley was I able to find especially the right herbs and plants that I needed. The help I received was way above my expectations . The associate Bobbi who helped me was extremely helpful in locating my garden needs. Plants were watered sufficiently to my surprice,but not over watered. Many thanks Home Depot ;)

I have never gardened in my entire life and a neighbor gave me some tomato plants and told me they needed to be transplanted. I had no idea what that meant. Bobbi in the garden section was approachable and friendly. She taught me the process, walked me to the needed supplies and educated me how to use them and perform the transplant. I left confident that I had the right supplies and knowledge to complete my task. Thank you Bobbi!

Teresa did a wonderful job at helping us find the perfect washer and dryer. She was very pleasant and professional.

The location was clean and fully stocked. The staff were friendly and attentive. My cashier Matthew was very knowledgeable. He greeted me promptly, asked if I had found everything okay, directed me exactly where I needed to go, and helped me decide which product to purchase. He was an exemplary employee, and an all around nice young man. You will find all that you need and excellent hospitality at this location. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this location more often.

Avoid this store and save yourself a headache

Everyone was friendly, helpful. Did not have to search for an employee to ask questions. They were always easy to find and had the right answers for all my searches. Steve in flooring was extremely helpful when I ordered a tuff shed and patient with me and my unorganized Self.

I’m building a home a few hours away from the store, and ordered a window and door package. The sales person really went the extra mile to try and save me every penny she could, and/the local window vendor by 50%! I can’t say enough of how big of a deal it is trying to build in this pandemic environment for my family it’s super important to me and really appreciate her extra effort.In more remote areas, we can really get gouge for materials end it was worth the effort to go to Home Depot.

We are doing a remodel for our guest bathroom and have found 99% of the items we need at this Home Depot store. The associates are very helpful and assist to locate the items that we needed. This store is very well laid out and kept neat and clean making it easy to find the items you need for any project.

Great experience today! I'm a long time customer of Home Depot and after thorough research, I bought a Tuff Shed today! I met with Mark (Tuff Shed Rep) and Steve (HD Flooring/Tuff Shed). Mark and Steve are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and super easy to talk with, they made the shed buying process completely painless from start to finish! I will highly recommend Tuff Sheds from Home Depot, especially Mark and Steve, to anyone who has questions or is interested in buying a shed. Well done!!!

On large Orders the staff was friendly and very helpful at all times and signed me up on a pro account for large orders for the bid room and save me a lot of time and headaches of shopping elsewhere for the products I need.

Clean, well stocked and the employees are super friendly and helpful! A young man named Mickey was very helpful and very knowledgeable!!! He assisted us with tips on planting grass and walked us to the proper aisle for fertilizer and gravel. He helped load the cart and loaded our car!!! He walked over and got my mom a trashcan she needed. He was super friendly and positive and made our shopping experience fast and enjoyable! Thank you!

David in appliances redeemed my Home Depot experience. Home Depot is big and not personal. Until you have to purchase a stove......the you meet a great guy named David in Carson City Home Depot. So knowledgeable and polite and personal. He made it all better for me. Thanks David

no one wants to help you and it takes forever walking around for anyone to help

I frequently visit this store 2-3 times a week and find the selection of products available to be in good quantities. I’m a landscaping contractor and frequently buy my products at HD due to the price and selection. My only issue is that there isn’t enough knowledgeable staff in the irrigation and plumbing dept. to assist the DIY costumers. I have been installing and repairing irrigation systems for over 20 years and am comfortable offering professional advice. I’ve often taken it apon myself to give other costumers in the store directions on what type of part they should buy to complete their project. Only a few of the associates at the store seem to be able to offer this. I’m sure they all know what products are available and where to find them but may lack the experience to diagnose an issue and recommend how to fix it. Overall I would recommend this store as long as you know what your looking for. If not, be fortunate to find the right person who can help.

The appliance salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions and indecision. He helped me choose the right washing machine for my needs, and spent extra time explaining the features and sharing some tips.

Carrie helped me with ordering the correct installation services for delivery. She is awesome and knowledagble.

I visited this store today to purchase a faucet for my kitchen. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to assist me in picking the right one. What he didn't realize was this was my first home improvement task I was doing since my husband passed away. His kindness meant the world to me. The store was clean, they had many faucets for me to choose from and the employees were very knowledgeable.

Cannot say enough about this store and their great employees! Whenever needed assistance, we were able to get someone to assist. Never heard 'not my job'. Always got the answer, the assistance and the team members go out of their way to help. Makes shopping at Home Depot a fun experience.
