This store is friendly has super clean bathrooms and well stocked.

The store is always inviting and staffed with helpful employees. You can usually find what you need and if not they have suggestions on where to look to find it.

I'm a big Home Depot fan. I recognize recent lumber price increases are beyond their control. I especially appreciate those associates who have good trade knowledge. It is good to have confirmation or alternative thoughts on how to approach work.

The staff greeted me and ask did I need assistance and directed me to the location. Upon arrival another staff member assisted as well and upon checking out we were sent off with a "Thank you for shopping at Home Depot...Have a Nice Day!" GREAT STORE and like the "Terminator" said, I'LL BE BACK!!" To shop again.

Most of the employees are friendly and will take the time to help you find what you need. Carlos is the best. He is always willing to help and greets me by name.

I make in six figures income. I have very excellent credit. I have a lot of credit cards. They turned me down for their credit card. Their rival gave me a credit card with a $30,000.00 limit. I just do not get it?????????????

One of the store's Returns cashier (Luis- a middle aged, overweight, white guy) was extremely rude and condescending to me. I won't be back to that store.

When I went to the Customer Service Desk, I encountered what I can only describe as the most unhelpful, rude and disrespectful person behind that desk. I headed that way because I needed to make a split credit card payment since I was awarded a Visa Virtual card loaded with $150 and I needed to use it and pay for the $9.80 difference. After calling me to ask how she could help me, This lady immediate response was to tell me she was not able to do it since she needed a physical card to do it. I let her know that she would have to type it in. She said that “they” took that option from her so that was not a possibility anymore. I found myself perplexed because myself I do work in customer service and there is always the option to type a credit card number for various reasons. At that point I told her that I would like to speak to her manager, when she snatched her desk phone vigorously, asked the manager to come over and hung up that phone by slamming it. At this point I already noticed the other team members present (another lady and a gentleman that ended up helping me) started to look to our situation, how it was handled and a demeanor of embarrassment. The gentleman behind the desk approached the rude lady “helping” me out, and seemed to get a confirmation of what the situation was about, and swing by the side where I was waiting for the manager and called me and told me he thought he was gonna be able to do it, collected my information, and typed the Visa Gift card number on the credit card pad for customers and after that, I just paid for the difference. During that transaction another person approached the rude person who was “helping” me out before, with very much the same situation and told her the exact same lie she told me, that she needed a physical card to be able to do something. I take the time to type the situation because in all my years of receiving the best and also the worst customer service possible, working with people and in customer service, which has given me the opportunity of witnessing really bad customer service, this afternoon at the Cary Home Depot, I can say that this is the worse I have ever seen and lived. Someone behind the Customer Service Desk, doing the exact opposite, lying, displaying incompetence and to top it off, being very rude and prepotent. I hope that this situation gets attention from Home Depot Customer Service management and this young lady gets corrected, because doing what she did to me and the customer behind me, was straight up poor and makes your company looks really bad and feeds more reviews like mine today.

Andrew in flooring was extremely helpful in ordering a speciality piece for my flooring project.

I placed a large order to be delivered 5 miles from the store and Home Depot did not delivered on the day they agreed. They had sent my order to another store. Not only made me loose money and schedule but also ruins my relationship with the costumer where the repairs where to be done. Thanks home depot

This shopping experience for painting products went well. No problems.

Two employees took time to ensure I found what I was looking for and the 2nd employee helped carry the items to the cashier. NOTE : Someone should be in charge and ensure that contractors for Home Depot and their employees not only wear a mask (2 floral delivery persons delivering live plants) but wear it correctly and completely. After I spoke with them - the female had her mask on correctly and the male added a mask - around his neck!! Nowhere near his mouth and nose. Surely enforcing your own rules and helping to stop the pandemic is important enough to take the time to monitor all employees to include contractor employees.

Jonathan, in appliances, on January 19 at 4:00 PM, should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Purchasing a major kitchen appliance and scheduling the delivery can be very stressful. My experience was very positive and I look forward to receiving my new GE oven on Saturday! Thanks again!

Sure I will recommend my community and friend mentioning service, availability of variety of items and quality. Products are easy to find. Easy to locate as well as excellent service from employees.

This store was average as far as cleanliness. The store was ok as far as the efforts with this whole COVID mess. I feel that they need to have more organization with their layout of the tools they have.

Cashier Carlos was extremely helpful and went out of his way to be approval from his manager to give us the last set of tie downs in the store for free! Even though they were not busy, he took the time to check - we did not ask or know of this promotion - not.everyone would make the effort but he did!

My favorite store to shop/buy in Raleigh/Cary, NC area due in large part to availability of items/materials I need and pleasant attitude of store employees. Store is clean and well lit.

Just when I thought customer service at this store couldn't get any better, an employee named Givon exceeded our expectations on more than one occasion. This kind gentleman went above and beyond "the call of duty". Givon was trying to locate an out of season item for us, that was not in inventory, ie the system, but he refused to quit his search until he found what we were looking for. I know this had to take time out of his busy schedule, but he gladly pursued. Then during all this, he kindly offers my wife and I some water. What a great experience. Thank you Givon. It's employees like you that bring us to this Home Depot!!! Keep up the good work folks!!!!

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and they offer good choices. I had an excellent experience with Karen in the appliance department. Parking is easy. I will shop again at the Cary Home Depot.
