In our city, Home depot is where it's at. No wonder I constantly see other customers that I know there. We get great products and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

the store is clean and a great place to shop

Could be great with an overhaul of customer service training. I felt like I should have earned a paycheck with the effort it took me to buy what I needed. Won't be using this store again. I'll drive to St. George.

The place is swamped with customers pushing carts full of lumber all over the store and then there's only one checkout aisle open - IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!!! It's getting old. Thank God for Sunpro and the other hardware store in town that has a better selection of thehardware and things we need.

I needed help at the self cashier kiosk. I entered my military service number that I used when I went through your 3rd party vendor. It was declined 2 times. The cashier looked at my military card that I carry and got my discount. I have tried in the past to week with other purchases and it didn't work and I left Home Depot mad. Lyndsey was able to make me happy over a $7.45 discount. Your team at the store is great, especially Lyndsey.

This is what customer service is all about! From the customer service department where I needef to locate an item, to the cashier in checking out, the associates were great! Professional friendly and honestly made me feel like they valued me as a customer.

It's always a crap-shoot when we have to go to the Home Depot paint counter. We're not ever confident the workers will know what they are doing. We needed a quart of paint to match paint purchased at this HD in 2009. From a previous experience of needing touch-up paint from that long ago, we learned the hard way that the formulas have been changed and now to match the color, they can't just type in the formula on the lid but need to color match the old paint (which in and of itself is a pain...not sure why HD couldn't have upgraded their paint selection without changing formulas). When I arrived at the paint area there was a sign on the counter saying for help go to the flooring department desk. There were two male associates there and when I said I needed help with paint, they looked at me strangely and said, ""Uh, ok?" They were not aware of what the sign on the paint desk said. Even so, their response should have been, "Here, let me take you to the paint desk." When told what the sign said, the one associate (who was not dressed like a typical employee and I got the impression he was a manager) got upset and the other associate just got up to leave and said he'd be back to help in a minute. When he arrived at the paint desk I explained I needed a paint match but he couldn't use the label on the old paint can because of the upgraded formulas. He was confused and I tried to explain why but he didn't seem to comprehend why he couldn't just use the label on the old can. Finally a female associate arrived and they whispered back and forth and looked at me, making me feel slightly irritated. Another female associate arrived and all three of them were working on getting us a quart of paint. Finally the male associate left so the two female associates could complain about "why do we have the sign if we're not allowed to use it" after discussing being told by the first associate at the flooring desk (manager?) that they weren't allowed to use that sign any more. They had to take the lid off our old can to try to color match the paint. When the lid was no longer needed, the one female associate came over and laid the lid in front of me. I had to put the lid on my old can and take the rubber mallet lying on the counter and hammer the lid back on the can myself. Then the other female associate returned and shook our paint then opened the can and put a dab of paint on the lid then pushed the can at me. I had to remove my mask to try to blow on the dab so I could compare the color with the sample I had brought with me. She then took the can back and used her hair dryer to dry the dab. She was more pleasant than the other two associates, but we don't believe any of these young employees were instructed very much on common customer care. When we determined the now dried paint dab was a good enough match to our sample, we thanked the ladies and said goodbye, then walked away wishing we had gone to Sherwin Williams.

We've shopped at few Home Depot's here and there and this is one of their best stores IMO. Customer service brings customers back! Every employee I encountered was very helpful and courteous.

We've shopped at a few Home Depot's in different cities and States but this location stands out recently memorably. Every staff member we encountered took their time to assist us with our questions and new the products' locations within the store. Its all about customer service and how you'd like to be treated too.

I enjoy shopping at The Home Depot the associates are always so helpful in assisting me in locating the product, at first I was a little skeptical of having self checkouts, now I see that you have more associates on the floor to better serve the customer, there so friendly the store is always clean and organized and that's why I enjoy shopping at The Home Depot.

The store seems to have more employees working to assist people while they are shopping more so than the home depots in my local areas in Las Vegas

This store is not kept as tidy as it should be! Merchandise is constantly left in the aisle ways instead of being put on its shelf, This is a Safety & Navigating Hazard to the consumer. The "Staff" we're not as knowledgeable in helping me to find what i was looking for as I would have liked them to be! I was sent to 4 different locations by 4 different Staff Members looking for a "Inline Fuel Filter & Replacement Fuel Line" for Gas Powered Trimmers, Blowers, Tillers, Lawnmowers Etc... Out of the 4 Employees that I talked to only one actually sent me to the right area. As far as recommending this store to other people? I will if what they're looking for is carried there. However if there was another store that I knew well I would recommend that other store first, I feel Homedepot carries a good product & their Cashiers are very friendly and helpful, but that only goes so far if I send someone to the store to pick something up I can't worry about whether they're going to be able to find the product or it taking longer than usual to get everything and get back to the job site!

The store is not a problem. Getting appliances WHEN HD (Home Depot) says you will have them is a Roll of the Dice. Why cant your Company provide appliance when you say you will. No more HD appliances for my rentals or home. You're only as good as your word!
