Staff was very friendly and helpful in each department I visited!

I came in today on a very busy Sat afternoon. I approached Tom to ask for assistance since I recently had leg surgery and needed a motorized cart. He went out to the parking lot to see if one was left outside. He came back and offered to get my items for me. I was surprised and amazed. He helped me with my items, helped trouble shoot my laptop board issue and resolved it quickly and even brought it to my car. Excellent Customer service, Going above and beyond. A true Servant Leader who leads by example and Service with a Smile. I'm a senior citizen and we will be coming back to this Store in Cedar Park for all our home improvement and gardening needs. I have been shopping here since this store opened. I have purchased my kitchen appliances and all my tools here. Best prices and the nicest, helpful people. Attended lots of classes and learned how to take care of my house. Awesome!!

This story needs new management due to the fact employees don't care how they treat customers.

The fence pickets we needed looked like a discard pile. We spent a lot of time trying to find 26 usable ones, and then were asked to leave the aisle when we were three boards short of the number we needed.

I love how this store makes you feel at home! If you go there a lot they get familiar with your face and create a connection with you and will remember you each time you go as if they have known you their whole life. I always find what I am looking for because they are always available to help. Over the last few weeks I have gone in several times and there is a particular lady in customer service that ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help me. Her name is Monica Flores. She has such a pleasant attitude. If there has ever been a time where she cannot help me find what I am looking for she will find another employee to help me. This shows great teamwork amongst the employees as well. This store is amazing .

Hello, The Cashier's name is BRIANA. She spent a lot of time trying to find and fix the problems for me. Also, I am Korean and I don't speak English very well, but BRIANA took responsibility and solved the problem until the end. I really appreciate it. Don’t order anything from this location that needs to be delivered by a certain day.

I love all Home Depot, but the one in Cedar Park, TX has more selection.

I found the store to be very clean, the staff friendly and knowledge about the products they sell and always a willingness to help in anyway they can.

The tool rental place is the last place to go for repair. IF they will take in a repair, you may get it back in 6-8 weeks. They won't even look at it for a week or more. This is for ALL Home Depot's that actually "provide" a repair service in the Austin area. If you call them, you are lucky to get through.

We had a great experience with staff at this store! Noah in Flooring is the best and helped us during an emergency. I was very stressed but he was patient and polite and walked us through the process of having to order off shelf flooring when our online order was delayed. We ended up contacting three different stores to find enough product and Noah even called me the following day to check in. He wrote himself a note and when our original order arrived he issued a refund for us. He went above and beyond and really made a potential nightmare into something easily fixed! Great job Noah, I will return to this store because you made it look top notch!

Home Depot has a much better and more extensive selection of the items I need for my home and small business. Even though this visit was not related to my small visit, there have been other times when the advantages of shopping at Home Depot were obvious.
