My first 2 visits, not so good. Today these 2 employees turned my mind from not coming back to a loyal customer

I was very pleased visiting this store. I had a picture of what I needed to pick up for my husband. Everyone was so helpful, and friendly. It made me feel very welcome for choosing Home Depot for shopping as the employees thanked me for shopping their store it made me feel very welcome.

I come here often as it’s just 3 mins from our house. I have always had a great experience with the employees here. Their kindness and expertise is always welcome!

We went in for a refrigerator, found one we liked, and was out of the store with our new refrigerator and delivery date in no time at all.

Really upset that our 850 dollar grill was dented bad on the lid! Already put it together and went to put the kid on last and found this!!! Super upset!! Won’t let me add photos! Weird! Says image invalid….

Buy anything with gift cards and you only get in store credit instead of cash, cash was used to buy the gift cards, but I can’t get it back, only as store credit…. Flat out wrong.

I had a very friendly guy help me load my mulch and he was very friendly and helpful. He was around 60 and had long hair. Also, the cashier Nola was very friendly.

Yes, angels do exist and I found one in Home Depot today. His name is Joseph. If you are ever in Home Depot ask for him especially if you need some lumber. He is fast, knowledgeable, pleasant and just makes your life easier. If all of Home Depots employees was like him you would go there all the time for everything you could get there. My experience today was so wonderful I wish every time in Home Depot was like that. Whenever possible I will be calling ahead to see if Joseph is working or not before I hit the trails. If you are looking for a wonderful shopping experience at Home Depot ask for Joseph. If he isn't available ask for Ty he is awesome as well.

This location in Cedar Rapids on First Ave NE is always clean, uncluttered and with an employee base that is always helpful and on task.

Everyone at this store does an amazing job every time we are there.

I've bought everything from ant killer to tile to lamps to electrical adapters to copies of house keys here... This is just a one stop shop for all things home for me.

The staff walked us to several items in the store and were very helpful.

We came here for some paint and was blessed with meeting "Rich" here in the paint department. Such a fun knowledgable guy... he helped me to think outside of the box and had quick answers to all my questions. Loved how he shared his personal experiences with the product we ended up purchasing!!!!
