Great store , Great employees !

Excellent store to shop at

Sasha was our sales person and helped us get a good deal on a refrigerator that will be delivered promptly. She was friendly and efficient so we could get the purchase done before I had to teach an evening class.

Everyone at the 72th Street store are so friendly and helpful.

My flavored store employee is Blake this guy is very knowledgeable in things I need for my house. I enjoy talking with him about my House. He always smile ready to help. Thank him.

I called this store because the one near me was out of a product that I needed. The gentleman who took my call not only went to make sure the item was in stock but also read the information on the box to make sure it was the right model. When I reached the store, I ran into him; he took me to where the item was on the shelf and discussed it (relative to other models) to make sure I had the right one for my needs. When I went to customer service because I had a pricing question, the woman I dealt with, Angela, was extremely helpful in addressing my question. I ran into a snag during the purchase--the computer took my credit card but seemed unable to complete the sale--and she took the initiative to call an office in the Home Depot corporation to make sure the process wound up in a speedy fashion.

The customer service at this location is unlike anything I have seen before. They go out of their way to help and make sure that you have the information you need about the products you've purchased. Sasha in appliances was amazingly helpful and happy to ensure that my appliance was well wrapped as well as giving me some helpful recommendations about the use of the appliance. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Friendly employees

I always get very good service from this Home Depot. However, there is an employee by the name of Blake F that went above and beyond the level of service I got today. Great great service!

Every time I come here, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's not often i have to wait very long in line, or to get help finding products. Store is generally clean, and products are organized and generally not running out of stock

The store is great the employees are helpful but the sander i rented picked up nothing i spent 6 hours cleaning up dust when i was done i did not empty the bag once whats that tell you ( it wasnt working)
