Customer service employee Alyssa was very rude and had a attitude because I wanted her to reorder a damaged clock that was shipped to me. She has horrible customer service skills !

The employees at this door are always friendly and are very knowledgeable of the products and where they are located. Most of them have enough knowledge to assist you in figuring out a repair problem you might have.

Located amidst the Plano neighborhoods. The associates are friendly and make you feel like nice neighbors. Has everything I need for home improvements.

I know the stores from Day-1 of its existence. It has improved a lot over time. Now it is much better compared to 15th St Plano stores or Allen, TX McDermott stores. Keep it up. It's in a central location!

Paint desk service speed is slower than other Home Depots, then when an employee finally showed up, Evay, argued with another employee as to why he wasn't there, then he didn't greet me. He only looked at me waiting until I told him what I was there for, he then punched it into the computer and began mixing it, he then told me to come back in 5 minutes and the paint would be on the counter for me. Those were the only words he said to me for my entire experience. Then when I was checking out I discovered he hadn't even closed one of the cans, I'm glad i noticed otherwise I definitely would have spilled inside my car on the way home. Both Holly (head cashier) and Beverly (cashier in garden section) were super nice and helpful and are the only reason my rating for this location is not one star.

Excellent service; truly above and beyond for a large box retailer!! The cashier, Mia, was someone rarely found at a retail store these days!!

The employees are great, but I don't recommend a store that is against the fundamental principles of fairness and Voter ID. Over 73% of the Country wants Voter ID, while polls even show that 70% of black Americans in Georgia want Voter ID. It's an insult and an attack on this COuntry to speak against lawful just as it is an insult to Black Americans in this Country to assume they can't obtain an ID to vote but they must have one to fly on American or Delta Airlines, to pick up tickets at the Box Office of ANY MLB game or to drrive a car, buy alcohol, cash a check, or most any other interaction with the community. This is an assinine, unfounded, uneducated attack on the Country, the Constitution and our way of life as Americans, and I will not frequent a Marxist, Communist store that doesn't hold our beliefs dear. Goodbye Commies!

It’s amazing how different this Home Depot looks, I would say the polished floors do so much in terms of lighting for it

Mel in appliances was awesome and the manager Hugh and can’t forget the ladies upfront Sara and Destiny. They all made it a wonderful shopping experience. What started out as a sad because my refrigerator crapped out turned around. Thanks again to the all of you for brightening my day Thanks Home Depot for also having the best price around

The Central Plano Home Depot store is one of cleanest stores and has the most helpful staff. I feel good shopping at this store and always feel confident about shopping with the Home Depot in general, online and in-store.

Some items were not in the correct shelf/bin location as labeled. Other items were in limited supply. Store personnel were friendly and helpful.

Management here is nice, store is clean and stocked, and of all the employees working here there is only one i hope no one has to encounter in their shopping experience. That one employee's name is Faven. She treats whomever she wishes like criminals. She has blatantly diregarded the CoVid19 safety protocols put in place by the company and the federal government. She has placed her hands directly on me, stopping me and calling me a thief in front of several other shoppers and employees. I have looked into taking legal action against her and/or the company she represents, and am in fear of contracting CoVid19 because of her physically assaulting me. Again, shoppers beware of encountering an employee named Faven at this store. There will be a very likely chance you will either be publicly embarrassed, or be at risk of contracting Covid19 (i say that primarily due to the fact that she cannnot maintain social distancing and is very physically aggressive).

The best thing about this store ia the help there are very knowledgeable and carious people working for y'all

This store is not safe because all the shoppers bringing their big dogs in the store.

I left one of my purchases in the my shopping cart. It was night and I did not see it. I put the cart in the designated location in the parking lot. When I discovered that I had left the purchase behind, I called the store. It was raining at the time. Despite those conditions, someone found my purchase. An employee called me back and told me how to return to the store and retrieve my purchase. It was my mistake. The employees went beyond expectations to get my left behind purchase back to me.

This Home Depot always has pleasant and knowledgable personnel that can direct you to the correct area if needed.
