If you ever need a kitchen & bath design consultant make sure you ask for TOM PERNA!! He was well versed in the products his department offered as well as the store in general. The store was fairly clean, amazing associates, and easily accessible products.

Easy access. Store is kept neat and the employees are very friendly and helpful. MOst times, they will walk you to the product you are searching for without hesitation. Great knowledge of product location! I am amazed!

I came into the store to get an item that was not picked up with my order. Julian a customer service rep proceeded to locate the item. In the process a white customer came to get his order. Another rep was helping him. She then asked Julian to complete the white customers transaction because she needed to do something else I guess. Her statement to Julia was to "help him so that he doesn't have to wait any longer". I said what about me? It wasn't like he wasn't doing anything. I felt like I was not important and as if I didn't have anything else to do but wait. That was shotty and so inappropriate. The customer service rep looked at me as if my complaint was not a concern and refused to apologize for her actions. I am greatly appalled by the situation.

This store has improved considerably on cleanliness and stocking levels, and the "door gorilla" HD employs in minority neighborhoods was not present this time.. However, there is no reason to close any aisle for more than thirty minutes, especially an aisle ADJACENT to the forklift activity, where nothing at all was happening. A defective POS half-read my credit card and triggered a fraud alert, rendering the card unusable. Had to check out with a different cashier with a different credit card. Not everyone has a second credit card, so this could have been really bad for someone else

Everyone are always helpful in the store. I can usually find what I am looking for in this store.

A cashier knew exactly where 2 different products were that I needed. She was friendly and helpful. In the end, after I gathered the items I went through the self check-out lane and each pay station was working

Had a great experience at this Wyncote store. No wait in line. Very friendly and accommodating cashier. Received help in the garden area putting a bag of mulch in my cart when a young man saw me struggling!

I had a very pleasant experience at Home Depot. Very helpful staff member in the gardening dept offered to carry my items to the front register for me. Wish I had taken her name to give her personal recognition. Keep up the good work! We need more thoughtful people in the world!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received, all the employees were bothered by me asking for help or too busy on their phones to care. I had to asked 3 different store associates to find AC units, and the first two different have any idea. So finding the product took a fairly long time. Both cashier attendants were either sitting in handicap carts or leaning against the wall on their phone very uninterested in assisting customers. The girl had a huge attitude and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. Fans were not priced correctly and she said she didn’t know anything about it and also offered no corrective action to help fix the problem. Overall bad experience, and horrible employees.

Home Depot on Cheltenham Avenue has great customer service. You can usually find a customer representative in very little time. And the store personnel are well trained. Even the store representative that assist with getting my items in my car are very courteous.

This Store Is Really Reliable. Its Easy To Get Too. The Employees are really polite and they always greet me or my family when we walk into the door. I will always be a home depot shopper forever.
