Clean store, Convenient

The sale associate in the lighting department was so helpful to me. He went well and beyond his duty and helped me with every item I needed. I am so clueless when it comes to anything handy around the house. I was use to my mother doing it all. I also loved how they had all the products I needed in stock

Employees were extremely helpful and friendly! Changed from Lowe’s to Home Depot from this point on!

Very clean store, friendly employees, and usually stocked up on the materials I need. The garden center is something I use for my cactus and succulent collections which I am very impressed with this particular store and products as well as the materials I get for work.

I use home improvement stores quite a lot and this Home Depot is one of the best I have been in. The store is very clean and also well organized. I have found the employees here to be very knowledgeable in all departments and also polite and friendly. i would recommend this Home Depot if you are anywhere near this area.

I bought a product that was tampered with and didn’t discover it until I was back home. I live 20 miles away so now I’m the one who has to eat it.

Bought shelves asked to have them cut. They where all cut to the wrong size. I measured when I got home and they were more than a 1/2 inch short. Measured my shelf again and my measurements were correct. So now I am out the money, my day is blown and my project is blown. I am not about to go back and waist my time and money trying again. I learnt the first time. All I needed was them to cut 4 shelves at 34 inchess and 2 shelves at 28 inches. Not rocket science.

Sharon went above and beyond to help me get the chest freezer. Very happy with Home Depot Chesterfield.

I received Great Customer Service, Everyone seemed friendly even during this COVID 19 Crisis. I was just buying a Weber Grill and a person named Erica helped me, and really knew how to help a customer from making sure I knew what I was buying to answering all my questions. She thus helped me right to the check out line, then even helped me get the grill to my truck and even helped me load it even after I said I can handle loading it. She was very professional and all the personel was so nice from Harry who supervises the outside stuff (and is Erica's Boss)to the personel who were making sure everyone was being safe with this COVID 19 stuff. Great Job Chesterfield Home Depot! I was very impressed especially during these times. The store was organized and clean also even with all the curbside orders that were stored for pick up.

On my recent visit to Home Depot Chesterfield I dealt with the rudest customer service gal and her manager, I understand that these are stressful times and having to work in this environment is difficult, but as a long time customer I feel that I don't need to be mistreated by the employees. I would give them a two week penalty for the way they acted. I won't go back to that store.

every time I'm in this store, another employee impresses me with overwhelming assistance, and genuine knowledge of products.

From the paint Dept. Dee was excellent to work with, and Nick at Check out was very accommodating , Assisting me in using a couple gift cards that I couldn't get to approve, Nick was patient and pleasant. He was so nice the next visit, I bought him a lemonade. I owe Dee one on my next paint purchase this week.

Some of the employees are hard workers and are polite and happy to assist . Also many of the employees are unhappy rude people that avoid helping customers and make the Home Depot a aggravating experience

Friendly employees and they all just love my dogs... This is a pet friendly store.. Unlike Menards... Employees always have treats for my dogs and are a big help to me and my wife when we shop... Which is always..!!!!

Very clean and well organized Great choices for wood finish products like stains and wiping oils, as well as special effect finishes. Prices are reasonable.
