I have been purchasing supplies for my job since 2010. This store and their employees are awesome. If they do not have what I need they find a Home Depot that can supply it to me. Jesse at the Pro Desk is the best supervisor I have worked with. Thank you all!

Came in to purchase ONE single pole/single throw switch - in black. The process of finding the correct item in the self-service bins required more than 20 minutes of my time to complete. Why isn't there more care in maintaining your inventory so a customer can get in and out of the store. And it is not just this store, I have encountered the same situation at the Airport Plaza store (128 Sunset Drive, 19720). Please respect your customer's time. Have the correct items in the marked location.

I purchased some flooring and received great customer service from Colleen at the service desk. She was friendly and attentive and her help was most appreciated. Kudos to Colleen! I also had assistance from two friendly staff members loading the flooring into my car which was much appreciated.

Exceptional service and a great team for customer service at the Christiana Home Depot store (#1601) in Newark, Delaware. They helped me to choose and custom order bathroom upgrade items for three bathrooms (vanities, toilets, faucets and fixtures) taking the time to review each item and their specifications, warranties and customer reviews. Very knowledgeable team and good management.

This store of the four HD stores I shop ( I go to different ones depending on where my day takes me and which is closest at the time) seems to always have friendly and responsive employees. A clean store and the employees are always restocking and never just standing around talking in groups, or ignoring customers like many home improvement stores. Good store and good leadership is evident in this location.

Home Depot is my "go-to" store for home improvement. My default store is #1601 Christiana. I just really like it there. They have huge inventory for home cleaning products, yard tools, mulch, mechanic tools, lawn tractors, snow blowers, plumbing and electrical and yard supplies, wood, concrete, pressure washers, power edgers, flowers my wife plants in our gardens, etc.. Most of the people there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly associates, Cheryl in particular was very cheerful and personable.

Angie at the customer service desk is an outstanding employee when it comes to providing great customer service. Things always go smoother when she is there.

Your employees are always helpful and if I ask where something is they don't point but they will walk with you and show you where that item is. Assistance is always available. The store was very clean and well displayed. The items were easy to find and well stocked.

I like this store better than the closer store, its actually easier to get to. Always clean and well stocked.

Best experience at the Garden Center at the Cristiana location back in May. I do not have a green thumb whatsoever and wanted some fancy planters with flowers for my patio. I found the tall planters at Home Goods and brought one in to the Garden Center with me. A wonderful employee asked if I was trying to find plants to fill the planter and if she could assist. Well she did more than that. She picked all the plants I needed for both planters and provided step by step instructions on how I should place them in the planter. I was so impressed with myself and loved the way they turned out. Loved the colors and watching the plants thrive all summer long and thought of her every time I watered them. That's what you call a great Customer Experience.

The CHRISTIANA Store #1601 has been my store of choice for the past (18) months and consistently offers the best customer service for each visit regardless of the season. In 30+ years of shopping at Home Depot throughout the United States as both a Public Consumer and Remodeling Contractor, I can say without hesitation, Store #1601 offers excellent Customer Service and community appeal.

The customer service staff at front desk and at registers are always professional and helpful. The store always has the supplies I need when renovating my home and rental properties in stock when I visit the store. If you need help there are always employees walking around to help you at the store.

I was able to find the product I needed very quickly. I did not need any assistance, items where accessible and clearly marked. The store was very clean, neat and orderly. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this store. Thank you Home Depot.

THE STORE IS NEAT AND CLEAN; AND EASY TO FIND ITEMS

We went early on a Sunday morning to take advantage of Labor Day sales. There were few shoppers and the associates were knowledgeable and quick to help. In and out in one hour. Outstanding.
