The employees in the paint department are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to go there twice today and they were nice both times.

We bought a riding lawn mower. Kimberly went out of her way during a busy time, to help us with the purchase, discuss options, and finalize the sale. She was knowledgeable, personable, and kept a sense of humor through it all. Some how she found brief moments to answer questions posed by other customers, routed other staff members to waiting customers, and never lost track of what she was doing. Thank you Kimberlly

I do not believe that it is my job to check myself out at a store especially when there's two people standing there employees of home Depot. When I can simply go to a store within a mile that will have a number of checkout lanes open with employees eager to check me out.if I make another visit to the store and this seems to be the case I will take my business elsewhere.

the employees, two I asked for help went beyond the call of duty..both were in the middle of something, but stopped to help me and one even took me to another area of the store. The person at checkout, Alexis, helped me and offered me the savings of signing up for the Home depot credit card!

I like this store better than other home depots I've been in, it's easier to find thing in and they help you if you need it. I also like the New Albany Indiana store also

If you ever need some help with plumbing ask for a guy named Drew here at the Clarksville store. Hes great and does his job well and really knows alot about plumbing. Thank you Drew for helping us 1/6/19 Mr Searcy

The Clarksville Home Depot is a very good shopping experience, employee's were very helpful guiding me to the product that I needed.

If you need help from the Customer Service desk & see four young blonde employees behind it, keep walking! They wouldn't stop talking to each other long enough to acknowledge me and help me. Ridiculous.

This Home Depot has come a long way in customer service and customer care. The management must be leading their employees to place the customer first and knowing that their customers are writing each employees paycheck.

The paint department is very helpful. If you need help choosing a color, Dorenda is very good at asking the right questions to find the right color for your project. Overall, the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The store is handy to my home, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and the prices are appropriate for similar products across the spectrum of similar stores. Also I really like the ability to look up product on-line and be provided the aisle and bin number in the store. That is a real time saver and convenience.

Good buying experience, there was plenty of product in stock, I quickly found what I needed, it was easy to pay and leave, that's what I expect when going to a hardware store... so good job.

Staffing of knowledgeable people are now all around the store and it is easy to get help.
