My wife & I were shopping for new kitchen appliances and Shiloh, our Appliance Specialist, did an outstanding job helping us purchase exactly what we were looking for. She made it a pleasant experience. We can't thank her enough.

Doing a lot of renovations in my house and have been at Home Depot a lot lately! This location is really well-stocked and very organized. Employees are easy to find when you need help and are always kind and helpful.

The associate in the electrical section was helpful and walked me directly to the product I was looking for. The cashier (Kim) was cheerful, nice and gave friendly banter while asking if we'd like to apply for a store credit card. Overall, just a nice and swift visit to this location.

I love going to this store. They always have what I need and I don't have to go travel outside of them to shop.

I have made many trips to the Clearwater Home Depot because my wife and I are remodeling. The store is clean and organized. The associates are very friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer my questions and make recommendations. They helped me locate items I needed and always did so with a smile. I only met one associate who was rude and extremely unhelpful. He was at the counter for the truck/tool rental; he cost them a sale. If you don't need to rent anything, then I highly recommend this location. If you need to rent something, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Went in looking for 6 new windows. Priced elsewhere at $700 apiece, not including installation (price unknown). NO BODY at Home Depot Windows Dept. I waited 10 minutes behind another customer who said he'd already been waiting 10 mins. No service help. Pushed "call for service" button. Repeatedly. Nobody came. Another employee walked by on his way elsewhere; we asked if he could get somebody there to help. He called. Nobody ever came. A third customer came to wait for Windows Dept. help. Nobody. Final time 22-23 minutes waiting for nothing. I walked back up to front/customer service, waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged by any of 3 employees talking to each other (or the one who was meticulously cleaning a cash register but couldn't look up to offer help). Ahh, finally, here's somebody ... I asked to speak to manager. She paged "any manager please come to front" but after another 7 or 8 minutes, nobody had come. No update, no manager, not anybody. This would be a big chunk of change, in my book. I won't spend my money here. If they can't bother to sell you crap, they're certainly not going to bother to make things right if need be. Visit was mid-day, 2 days after storm (which might have been cause of short-staff if it was day of, or day before, but this is just a routine mid-weekday). If you own stock, better get out now. They can't sustain a business by (not) treating customers this way.

Exceptional Customer Service. This is my Home Depot store as I renovate my new home.

The store was very clean, provided excellent customer service, employees very friendly and so available to help. The store was very well stocked all items were in place.

Very clean store with pleasant employees. Always nice at this store. The lady who assisted us for our large purchase could not have been more helpful. We left the store smiling and the rest of the staff were smiling and friendly too. We found what we were looking for easily with the assistance of that very friendly lady employee.

After being denied a military discount at the 22nd Ave store, this store not only provided the discount, they thanked my husband for his service in the military.

Needed a new washing machine, decided to get the matching dryer as well. Leona Debruyn the Applinance Specialist was by far the most genuinely friendly associate I’ve had in years. I was very pleased how quickly she handled my order and delivery date. You can tell she likes the customer and enjoys her job. Will recommend Miss Leona to everyone I talk with.

My experience was great. The online order desk had my product and when I had questions about it, quickly got someone from the right department to answer all my questions. Then I was shown to the next product I needed and it was quite heavy and the associate put it in my cart.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, FLOOR PERSONNEL ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL.

I took the time to participate in this survey to thank a male employee of this Home Depot named DOUGLAS! I live locally! Have been patronizing this shop for many years! This employee has been eager to help me many times! And give me many good suggestions! After so long, I think it's time to express my gratitude! This is the first time I participated in the survey! And I am an Asian American! This old gentleman employee DOUGLAS touched me very much! And I am a COSTCO member for many years, I think his service and professionalism surpass COSTCO!

After the experience we just had at the Clearwater Home Depot on gulf to bay, I am definitely taking my business elsewhere (other locations or to the competition). Never in my life have I had an employee say “screw you”. What has happened to this location???

I moved to Clearwater at the end of December and have had to make a number of trips to Home Depot to purchase items for my older home. The staff there has been wonderful. They are very friendly and always willing to help and make the visit easier, since I have some mobility issues that tends to make it hard to get around a store that big. The store is always clean and the products I need have always been available.

Very busy store, however, have no problem with help from everyone!

Bought carpet and was a smooth ordering and got a great price.
