The customer assistance at this store is terrible. The associate can see you coming and turn and go the other way. Terrible

Those two lovely and incredibly awesome ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience a phenomenal one!!!! Give them both a huge raise and promotion immediately!!!!!! They are the heart and soul of that Home Depot location, and all of Home Depot nationwide!!!

AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE

The employees that we have dealt with at this store are flat out rude. Went to get a Christmas tree last night, no help, no fresh cut, no packing it in the netting, no help get on the car, no NOTHING! Employee blocked my way out of the store as I was trying to carry it and he smirked at me as if he was all funny. Didn't ask to help us at all. This store is also a complete mess. I mean you sell brooms, use one!

Very nice, and helpful finding all items I needed. That includes the cashier and gentlemen working the aisles

Pete went out of his way to assist me with obtaining something from automotive....getting a hi/lo driver to bring down a pallet of unstocked washer fluid. Great guy with a great work ethic!

I got a dusk to dawn bulb 4 weeks ago that was defective, I went to the store to get a new one and get a refund for the defective one, they said they need the packaging so I went back home for the packaging, then they asked me for the printed receipt and they proceeded with the refund but I haven't seen it applied on my bank app statement.

Needed an inline shut-off for the water supply on my refrigerator and could not find it at competitors' stores

The sander I rented worked well for the job I had to do, and no operating problems

Michelle is super friendly and always excited to talk about your home projects and how the team can help you with those goals. The flower team in the home and garden section go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Again they carry the enthusiasm with them to help you with whatever project yoh have going on. Always amazing service at this store.

We were looking for a new washing machine. Bill Morris took quite a bit of time finding what we wanted and let us make the choice. He explained the warranty in words that actually made sense.

I came into the store to purchase a light switch and noticed the appliance section. I needed a new washer and looked them over but was still uncertain which one would best suit my needs. The salesman was attentive and took the time to guide me through the information that I needed to make a decision. After selecting what I felt like was a fit for me, I made the purchase! I’m looking forward to the free delivery and installation of my new Maytag washer! Thank you Home Depot!

Absolutely awful customer service during purchase of all new kitchen appliances. Go anywhere else.

We purchased carpet & was told that the purchase could be cancelled within 3 days for any reason , but when tried to cancel the order we were told that we would have to pay a 15% restocking fee which wasn't apart of the original agreement.

Store is always clean and employees friendly. I don’t shop anywhere else but this store! Never been disappointed!

I am in this store frequently, often several times per week due to maintenance work on investment properties. The people are very service oriented and willing to help. Some have tremendous experience with products and their applications, so I sometimes use them as "consultants" for various projects. However, staffing is sometimes low and I can usually tell when a newbie staffer is struggling to understand my question about an product, let alone provide value added service. I know that finding and retaining qualified workers is a big issue in our economy, so it is difficult to single out HD as failing. The situation is very frustrating, when I need some expertise to help determine what to purchase.
