I bought a piece of equipment to mow the lawn and I was very satisfied with the purchase since the attention was of quality.

I visited this Home Depot store today and found the employees with whom I came in contact with to be exceptionally caring, patient and helpful in their customer service demeanor.

I went to purchase a hot water heater and needed help with some questions. When I got to the store Sunday morning no one was on the floor so I asked an associate I seen walking by to call for assistance and I heard the overhead call but no one never came. The guy seen we still waiting and went to find someone and he said he couldn’t find anyone but he would do the best he can to help me with anything. So I googled what I needed and made my decision. The associate stopped what he was doing and went and got a cart to assist me with putting it on. This gentleman is the only reason I stayed and made the purchase he definitely went above and beyond to assist me. I later found out his name was Laz and he definitely deserves to be acknowledged for he hard work and dedication to the store and his job.

I am very impressed with the new store manager, Diane. She's got great customer service and a deep understanding of products. This installed confidence in me. The checkout Vet, Roberto was also above and beyond my expectations He's polite, calm and very helpful in sorting out my issue of return a light bulb. I specifically thanked him for his service in protecting our country.

Taye is an amazing cashier and a great help.

I was very impressed with the service and knowledge provided by Mr. Orlando Alfaro in the Appliances Department. He has deep knowledge of the products Home Depot offers and takes the time to analyze your objectives and constraints to make sure you are satified with your purchase

This location is great but the store is pretty small and there are many items that you can not find. Great for common items like light bulbs, a small plant, a screwdriver or other small things. For contractor's items or more specific things it is better to go to a larger store. Other than that, it is very convenient.

There is one special guy with a lot of knowledge, and a very helpful way at the electrical and lamp department.

Extremely content after several times attending the Coconut Grove location. Staff members are always amazing and easily accessible for their help. Merchandise is always in stock and neatly organized. It truly is a pleasure shopping at this location!

I never write reviews because it takes too much time and you really have to impress me to get one of these bad boys lol. Literally Robert from Electrical/plumbing and dunia are the most helpful home depot employees I have ever met. and thats from LA to NY to FL and this was legit the best. Im use to employees not caring and just shrugging off any questions never actually wanting to help me. Both of these people stopped. they were attentive and went above and beyond to help me find the parts i needed and get the information at the front that i needed. Thank you both! Home depot should have these two as managers - their care makes allllllll the freakkkking difference. -

I go to the Coconut Grove store all the time. Always find what I need. It has plenty of close by parking. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

I went to the Home Depot at coconut grove a few days ago.. looking for a new washer and dryer. It was my 3rd place/store out of 6 that day to see good deals and get a quote. After meeting Gerardo from that department and getting a genuine interaction not like a pushy sales person, I still just asked for a quote and needed a day to think about it. But he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and that was enough to head back and make the purchase. Good customer service is rare so hope this review sheds good light. The cashier Fredelyne was also very kind and helpful in helping me apply for the home depot card.

This store has very nice employees. It is smaller than some others. If you need help with decoration suggestions, ask for Rev. He's also great with tile, flooring, and appliances.

Living in Miami 20 years I was thrilled when they opened this boutique Home Depot in Coconut Grove. Many of us dread going to the one in Little Havana. This Home Depot is clean, not crowded, staff speak English and offer to help rather than you always having to look for someone.

I came upon the need for a few pieces of PVC piping for my temperamental HVAC unit, but felt overwhelmed when I got to Aisle 8 in the store -- so many pieces, so many choices! Maria and Robert both provided me with truly exceptional assistance. Seriously, what godsends they were during the last hour that the store was open! What a novel idea in this day and age to approach a confused customer with a positive attitude and genuine interest, and to take pleasure helping out said customer by sharing their expertise -- all the while with pure kindness. Maria and Robert are either angels or saints who just happen to be donned in orange aprons. My sincerest thanks to these outstanding human-beings.

The sidewalk & fire lane access is blocked by shopping carts and plants for sale. Didn't think the sidewalk & fire lane were zoned for retail in Coconut Grove. Not even enough room to get a wheel chair or stroller between the plants & shopping carts stored on hte sidewalk. I was someone in a wheelchair having to soll in the street (limited by a curb) to get through/past. Store was great but so insensitive to those that need access tot he sidewalk.

This is a smaller store than the larger sister store on Calle Ocho / SW 8th St. / Little Havana, but it is much nicer and more manageable. Sebastian, who was working in Customer Service / Returns on my last visit, is an outstanding employee with an infectiously positive attitude!

This Store is perfect, Friendly and Professional Staff, Good Appliances and Construction Tools, Good Prices ! I highly recommend.

visited the Grove store on Sunday 11/5, needed some herbs and veggies for my garden. out front the products were left baking in the sun. both veggies and herbs were completely dead. so dry, looks like never watered. they need some type of shade. i sure the were tossed in the rash that night. what a waste.

I was shopping today and was especially surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates.

I frequent Home Depot a lot, the staff feel like super kind neighbors since I'm a regular and I'm always eyeing out the sales, whether plants, fertilizers, or power tools, I really love this home depot.

The employee Charlie told me what I was doing wrong with my ac unit and what filter and practices I should use in my home! The most knowledgeable associate in a very long time.

Upon getting to the Home Depot one is received friendly and courteously by a member at the front door with a smile and a coupon specials magazine. (very helpful attitude to direct me in the right direction for what I was looking for)

I picked up bags of soil without getting any dirt on my clothes, cart, car or hands. Haydee does an amazing job to keep that specific area nice, organized & clean. The plants are fresh and beautiful too! Impressive!

I purchased kitchen appliances at this Home Depot in Coconut Grove and believe the prices were fair and the staff very helpful. Also, I worked with an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful employee named Orlando in the Appliance Department. He went above and beyond in helping me pick out and purchase my appliances!!
