The store an products a great it’s the rude customer service workers that are the issue and the lack of a competent manger to handle them at be exact Jenn short for Jennifer as she stated as she told me if I didn’t like it I could go to Lowe’s and the manager Neely which couldn’t control his employee as she continued to be rude

Best Home Depot in Texas

We were looking for a dishwasher with specific features due to our unfortunate experience with other dishwashers. Employee greeted us as soon as we walked into the appliance area and was very helpful. The item we were looking for wasn't in stock but he was able to order it and have it delivered straight to our home within 5 days. THANK YOU :)

I was assisted by two very helpful employees. One directed me to the light bulbs. I was also assisted with self checkout. Easy peas!

There some stuff here that are way cheaper than other stores. You just have too look for it!

I am 8 months pregnant and my husband, kids and I went to this location to buy materials for a bathroom we are redoing. I continually asked each employee for help for my husband loading heavy items that I could not assist with only to be told by everyone of them to go find someone else they couldn’t help. We spent over 2 hours loading everything by ourselves and making two separate purchases because we couldn’t fit everything on 3 carts and manage them by ourselves. We only ended up spending $500 and left without getting a lot of the things needed because we were beyond tired of being there and receiving no help that we were asking for. We will definitely find a different store to purchase the rest of the items we need. Do not recommend the college station location AT ALL! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I've been in this store 4 times in 3 weeks. Have been pleased with everyone each time.

I needed to replace flooring in a condo with carpet and vinyl plank and Nadiya was great help in selecting and processing the order. I couln't have asked for better service!

I've seen several Home Depots and this one seems to be over staffed. Too many employees standing around talking to each other. Poor customer service, not by all but most of the employees. These employees like to group up and talk to each other. So when you need something your interrupting their conversation or their just in your way.

Went to store 2 weeks ago, could not self checkout and no registers open so left the stuff. Tried again. could not get customer service to get some wire cut. CSR at self checkout half asleep on the coke cooler seemed bothered that we woke her up for military discount at self checkout because no other check out again. We had part of what we needed but will go elsewhere for the rest and in the future. And we drive Hour and half to get to the store...

Customer Service and pricing … terrific!

We shop this store several times per week because it is super convenient and always has everything we are in search of. The friendly staff makes for a much enjoyed journey. Thank you Home Depot.

It looks like this store hires just about anyone.... My cashier was a guy but looked like a girl! Long hair and painted nails. I guess there is no standard at this store...

I purchased Rutland’s soot remover by calling and ordering over the phone. I was extremely surprised by how helpful and courteous the person was. I have used this soot remover before. It is an excellent product. I can not provide the name of the employee who helped me.

I went into the store looking for something to resolve a maintenance issue. Not really knowing what tool I was looking for Mr. Phillip Jones took interest in assisting me and identifying the proper tool for the job. Thank you, Mr. Jones you made the job an easy job.

Best employees I've ever seen

Even though it's further for me to drive, and in a more congested shopping area, I go to this Home Depot because helpful employees are always available, products I need are always available, and prices are reasonable.

the worst customer service team ever. they are not willing to help any customer, they just pushed around and then asked you to call the 800 line number. as they are not in the store to help customer

The employees of this home Depot are knowledgeable and helpful they're not a bunch of high school kids that have to look it up on their phone to find what you're looking for.

The customer service at this store was above and beyond my expectations!

Beware of their tool rental department. They will knowingly rent you faulty equipment and try to overcharge you for it.

This store is very well managed. Always friendly and helpful staff. Store is cleaned and well stocked. Great shopping experience!
