This store is my local HD and it has never failed me. From the customer service desk with their ease or processing returns and exchanges to the cleanliness of the store and the fulls stock of items, I can't complain in the least. The staff is what makes this place the best. I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I need help finding anything no matter what time of the day. Recently, I was debating between a few items for a large Fathers Day purchase for my husband, and Chris, from the sales floor stayed with me, helping me with specs between a few items until I ultimately made my decision. Then he walked me over to Barry, who rung up my order, and helped me figure out how to get the item to my home. They both then offered to deliver the item, right then and there, to my home at no additional cost! In this day and age, stores do not do this anymore, so to have this kind of service, has really impressed me. The gentlemen, then recruited Carl to help, so they all followed me home, a short distance from the store, unloaded the item, removed it from the box, discarded all the trash and set it up for me! They even declined me offering them a tip and only asked for a positive review in return. The least I can do, is explain how wonderful this and every shopping experience has been at this Home Depot. These gentlemen should be recognized the type of customer service they offered me and I'm sure to several other customers who may have not had the time to write such a review. Keep up the good work ladies and gents of the Home Depot, your customers applaud you! And thanks again to Chris, Barry & Carl for helping my family have a wonderful Fathers Day!

Really nice friendly employees - very helpful

This store is neater, cleaner and better organized than other HD stores in the area.

Joe salvato was really nice the workers are very friendly when ever I needed to find something the workers told me this home depot the people here are nice

Staff was friendly and right there as soon as you walked in and ready to help you. The place is clean and organized. Able to find what i was looking for after help direct me to the section i needed to go. Shelves are well stock. Close to home.

What makes this store an Excellent rating is their customer service

I've always noticed employees would come up to you and ask in you need any help as soon as you come into the store or while your in the store for a while I also realized if I ask a guestion I'm usually able to get the help I need

Barry and Caty are real Pros at the Pro-Desk they have been tremendous help so far and I look forward to talking to them as my project is ongoing.

The store is cleaner and more well stocked than most. There is plenty of parking but beware, for some reason all home depot stores are designed so the door you enter is far from the one you exit. This store is also very busy always. Good for having constant product turnover (always up to date) but bad when trying to be quick about getting back to the job at hand.

No Comments - Managers, Employees, Products are so good. Even the employees for A/C & Heating / Solar energy are so descent and well informed.

Worst employee like Barry Should know how to behave with this he Coustomer.

Good location for my purposes. Employees are usually helpful and friendly. Depending on when you go and what department, you get lucky and have someone pretty knowledgeable.

the Colonia Home Depot has an excellent selection of products. The Customer Service is always friendly and available.

The store is well organized, as to what you want to buy or look for, the overhead signs were very helpfull and easly for someone to find what they need. the service men were very professional.

I love going to the Home Depot because everyone that works there is extremely helpful…I have never been anywhere else where the employees are as helpful as they are in Colonia, one employee in particular, Robert, with, the long blond hair, who was more than extremely helpful in helping me in the screws, nuts and bolts department..he explained what I needed to do to complete my little project and he couldn’t of been more helpful in helping me select the right screws that I needed..Robert by far is a a asset to your store and I would never go anywhere else for projects that I have around my house..thank you again for your superior service today Robert.. entered the store and saw a person who worked at Home Depot and asked him if he could tell me where a specific flashlite was ( i didn't get his name ) he was more than helpful..also i needed a battery for my garage door opener and a more than helpful person named Liz helped me open up my remote garage door opener and even installed the battery in the garage door opener for me..Liz gave me more than exceptional service..i will never go to another Home Depot other than the Colonia, N J store.
